Great for inspections!
by Jimmy S.
I was looking for a used car and the key with a used car is having a good mechanic. The folks at Arlington Tire were awesome. I brought in two cars for them. The first one, they found about 6 things wrong with it and told me that the repairs would cost $3000! It was a $7000 car, so if it wasn't for them, I would have lost a lot of money. The second car, they checked out to be okay except for one oil pan leak. I told the seller about this and they agreed to pay for it! This saved me about $300.
They take their time, an hour per car and check out every component. It's just good sense to do due diligence with them, even if they are a bit on the expensive side with inspections. They are worth the money.

Great Honest Service
by Rob I.
I took my 1998 car to an auto service center in Wakefield to replace a fuel pump. After the fuel pump was replaced I was told that my front end (inner and outer tie rods, ball joints, steering rod, stabilizers etc) needed a complete overhaul that would cost me over $1000. On a recommendation, I took my car from Wakefield to Arlington Tire. They inspected the front end and told me that I only needed 2 outer tie rods which they replaced for $175.00.
Finally found a mechanic that I can trust that does try to soak every possible dollar out of you.

Best All-Around Auto Place with focus on tires
by Christine M.
I had a hard decision: buy a used car or put money into my 1995 Toyota Corolla. The Corolla has been good to me but with 161,000 miles, she was feeling a little cranky. Then again, any used car I could get for $2,000-$3,000 would come with it's own problems.
I took my Corolla to Arlington Tire and hoped for the best. The staff remade my car in one day and when I drove out of their lot, I felt as if I had purchased a new car.
Arlington Tire phoned me a few times during the day to make sure they weren't doing any work I didn't want. In fact, they waived some labor charges which brought the total charges down to the lowest price for the work done -- no way could I have gotten that deal anywhere else.
Keep these guys in business so I can bring my Toyota back to them in 10 years!

They help you find exactly what you are looking for. They do not pressure you to pick the most expensive or cheaper quality just to make a sale. Very patient, eager to answer all or any questions. Great place to go for tires, much better than sears.
