Went in...got great help...bought bike on Thursday. I'm 59 and not very athletic...have ridden a lot every day since! Got a bike that I can stop with my feet and with 3 (easy-to-use) speeds! If you want a bike and want help and maintence...go to Tim's.

Just bought a new bike, and vowed to stick with riding for health reasons. Got up Saturday morning, got online, searched to see if a Bike Shop was within a few miles. I needed some accessories for my bike, and wanted a nice ride. I live by 9 and Mack, and thought Tim's would be a nice ride. I arrived at 10:15 AM, on a Saturday morning. The sign said, "Saturdays 10AM - 3PM". Another sign said, "Please use side door." I took my purse out, parked my bike on the side, opened the door, and was met by a man who told me, "I'm moving bikes, what would you like?" I told him, and he said, "Well, I don't think you are going to get in here now, so come back in half an hour." Needles to say, I will not go back. I am a Customer Service Rep by trade, and I know good business and good service when I see it. It may be a good place to shop, but they'll never get second chance at a first impression with me.

This is a small neighborhood bike shop. They sell new and used bikes and they do bike repairs. This place is really nice because the owner doesn't mind if the neighborhood kids come in and browse. He'll talk to the kids and answer there questions. My son and his friends go up there a lot to look around and see what's new.

PROS: friendly
CONS: none
