When we used to live in Hawaii, We went to the Polynesian Cultural Center when I had my first son. We took family and friends here, from out of state. They all loved it. It was a nice place to see. All the shows are wonderful and the dancers, All I can say is WOW!! Seeing all the dancers dance on canoes on the water was beautiful! You can also take lesson to learn some of the native dancing, Very fun! The Food was amazing!!We loved it! If we get a chance to go back, You can bet the Polynesian Cultural Center is on our list!

Wow! This definitely lives up to being one of the top tourist attractions in Hawaii. This is an authentic look at Polynesian cultures. They offer instruction and demonstrations that are entertaining and fun about the food, games, dance, and way of life for different Polynesian cultures/islands. The grounds are beautiful with a canal winding its way through the center and you can take a canoe ride from one end to the other. Dont miss the canoe parade where dancers from the different cultures perform on the water! We went back a second day because there was so much to see and we still didnt do everything. Its worth it to pay to go to the luau and enjoy some authentic food before going to the nightly shows they offer. You have the option of exploring the center yourself or signing up and going on a guided tour of the villages. We visited the villages with a guide the first day and learned a lot of interesting tidbits from him; the second day we explored on our own and went at a faster pace so we could squeeze in as many demonstrations as possible. Dont miss the Samoa show its a riot! They also offer tours in various languages to accommodate tourists of different nationalities.
