Pamela Fong Optometry

This is my 3rd year going to Dr. Fong's office for eye exams and I've always been very pleased with the friendly and hospitable environment. Veronica is the receptionist at the front desk and she is always so gracious and helpful with insurance questions and was very helpful in explaining my coverage and what I was able to use which helped me acquire contact lens through my insurance plan. This was the first time it was brought to my attention that I could use my coverage for things that I needed and not pay out of pocket. We need more honest healthcare providers who is willing to take the time to give you a thorough examination, answer all your questions and give you the best quality care. I've referred several co-workers and the feedback is the same. You have a team of great and caring doctors matched with an exceptional administrative support working the front line equates to satisfied and happy customers. I highly would refer Dr. Fong and her staff to anyone who cares about their vision and expects great customer service.

I have been going their for the past 3 years, Doctor Pamela Fong and her associates will take good care of your eyes, they will help you pick out a nice looking eye glasses frame if you need a new one. they accept general eye insurances, if you wear contacts like me, ask them for their discounted contact orders.
