Monticello Park Apartments

After living in this apartment complex for 4 years we were kicked out and unable to resign out lease because of a mistake they made on paperwork. And they only gave us 30 days notice! This is an awful place to live! They walk into your apartment without any given notice.. I can't count the number of times they came in while I was in the shower or sleeping. Maintance and office workers are all very rude! When they are there.. usually there is noone working and if there is they don't answer the phone. Neighbors were always loud and obnoxious! During bike week they have their bikes in the breezeways @ 2 am being loud and office manager just says oh well! Basiclaly look around at the area and you can pretty much tell what your going to get with this place. Rude.. inconsiderate .. trashy people! Oh! and they come in to do random checks to make sure your apartment is clean.. (they really just come in to go thru your stuff if your not there) it is none of their business if your apartment is clean... thats why you are the one paying rent to live there! So yea.... this place is rediculous! If your considering this place keep looking! To top it all of .. I had crackheads knocking at my door all hours of the night ... that was if they didn't chase you down in the parking lot first! Good luck if you choose to go with this one!
