Bank Of America

I received a late notice for a medical bill today and I went to my computer to check my Bank of America Bill Pay. Sure enough I had already paid the bill. I was told I would have to go to the bank and get a cash draft to send to the payee. I used my customer service tab on Bank of America's on-line banking and they replied in less then two hours. They faxed the draft to the payee and gave them my number if they had any questions. Keep up the good work customer service, I am very happy with your services.
