Indoor space could be a bit better but the employees are great and really sweet to the dogs. I have two big labs that don't get a lot of excercise at home but when I board them there they always come back fit and trim. Not sure what the other person who reveiwed them is talking about as my dogs are always walked 45-1hr per day everyday and are always tired and happy when I pick them up.

The place is unbelievably small and the dogs (small and big) are kept in a small room with no windows and only a dirty old matress and an equally dirty couch!
The people obvioulsy don't care about the dogs wellness and have couldn't answer any of the basic questions I asked them.
I am pretty sure they did not walk AT ALL my dogs during their stay (thank god only for the few hours of the interview), and I am pretty sure none of the "well trained" employees ever gave a simple massage or pat or belly scratch to any of the dogs, unlike what they state in their site!
This place should definitely be closed down by Animal Services and the people put in jail (or at least fined!) for what they do the dogs and for stating the false in their site!

Pros: nothing

Cons: everything!

I went to interview them before letting them care for my small dog. When you walk in the door, there is a counter that separates you from a dutch door to the large room. I wasn't allowed beyond the counter area. I poked my head in and saw large and small dogs mixed. It didn't look like a fun, stimulating, or large enough area. I was concerned about supervision and safety for my small dog.

Have been boarding my dog -- 40 lb American Eskimo -- there for about four years. (I travel a lot and am single). Always a good experience. One time I fed my dog too much before I left (guilt!!) and he got a little sick. They checked him into SoBe Animal Hospital across the street immediately and called me in Argentina. This place is like Club Med for dogs. Fun. Active And my guy comes back exhausted (a very good thing). Oh, and they temperment test, like day school in NYC. Fortunately my guy made it in, but they can be selective. Only well behaved dogs get in. Like kindergarten / nursery school in NYC. They also take care nto isolotare the 'geriatric' / special needs dogs. All in all, a very loving place.

Pros: Very attentive to your dog;' needs.

Cons: A little pricey (but i'm cheap, so take w/ a grain of salt). But you get what you pay for.
