Bella Mia Bride

Bella Mia Bride is not reliable or consistent. There is lack of communication within the store. I was told numerous price quotes and dates of delieveries on nearly every item i ordered. I often called to check up on items and they informed me the orders had never been placed. It was very frustrating.

Bella Mia bridal is located in a quaint little shop in the heart of Saratoga. Bella Mia Bride offers on-location hair & makeup services in addition to wedding gowns, shoes, veils, tiaras, hair pins, purses and jewelry. I made an appointment to view Bridesmaid dresses with a girlfriend, and we descended on Bella Mia Bride. Parking is virtually nonexistent if you cannot find a space directly outside the shop. We had to park several blocks over during a busy Saturday morning. Our salesperson was nice, pulled the dresses we wanted to look at, and asked repeatedly if there was anything else we needed. Bella Mia bride offeres dresses from Dessy, After Six and several other bridesmaid dress makers. They do not allow you to take pictures unless you purchase the dress and even then Ive heard that it is difficult to get a decent shot. I noticed that the dressing areas were too small, there were not enough open mirrors to view the gowns and only buyers were offered refreshments while the rest of us were totally ignored. We did not end up purchasing at Bella Mia Bride but I recommend it as an elegant place to shop and view dresses shoes. Beware of the pricing though because we were quoted a ridiculous price for a Bridesmaid dress that was cheaper everywhere else.

PROS: mostly friendly salespeople
CONS: no parking, outrageous prices
