I called to schedule service to meet an unforseen deadline. In short; This company wanted to earn my business, make my money, yet not accommodate me as far as scheduling. Yes, last minute scheduling can always be hectic. I am sensitive to limitations. What I expected as a consumer is scheduling that fits my needs or honesty that the company is unable to provide service at the time I need it. I am not concerned with over time issues or a bunch of irrelevant facts I feel were presented to justify ones lack of forthcoming honesty, customer service or customer accomodation (all dressed as an excuse). I endured 4 phone calls and wasted 45-60 minutes of my time just trying to get an appointment that would work for me. An appointment not available according to my needs because they did not want to pay overtime? Truly, That information was better left unsaid. They have been in business 11 years; so they are doing somthing right. However, today they did somthing wrong. I expected more from the receptionist/dispatcher ( Shelly). Definately something more than an attitude from the owner (RIchard) when I complained.

What does it mean when you cant get what you want, for the price you're charged, by a company who is providing this highly competitive service?

I hope this company can offer more flexibility & customer accomodation in the problem solving area. First Impressions are lasting but repairable. In my business I am sure we will cross paths again. I truly hope to be treated as a valued prospect than a disrespected dispensable consumer who has to work so hard to spend my money.

We have used this company twice and each time they did a great job. It is easy to get a quick appointment and they show up on time. They were able to get our spots out and the carpet is not too wet when they are done. Their prices are more reasonable than Chem Dry.
