Kyle was willing to work within my timeschedule and does a great job on routine service required on my lease. His pricing and flexability is significantly better than the dealership.

The owner Kyle is a great guy, very personable, but is not competent to work on cars. Out of five different occaisions, every single time I had to come back to have something tightened or fixed again. 1st time my wheel almost fell off, a friend I referred had her skid plate fall off on the highway. Every other time it was the same story, it worked o.k. at first, then the next day the wheels fell off (almost literally) After the fifth time and complaints from my friends as well, I went next door to W.S. They fixed my problems the first time (so far). I hope Kyle figures his problem out because he is a nice guy, but I don't have time to waste and safety is a pretty big concern as well.

The owner and staff are personable, efficient and professional. They always deliver as expected, under budget, and on time. I take my car there for regular service. They beat the dealer every time and are as good as any dealership in the Bay Area, Mercedes or otherwise.

TriStar used to be great but the new ownership is not. I'd been a customer for 12 years but recently decided to make a change. Two occurances of gross misdiagnosis cost me at least $2000 in addition to having parts installed that I neither autorized, nor needed The owner is a nice guy and is personable, but not somebody that I want working on my car.

Tri-Star Motorsports is an amazing facility. It is the cleanest shop around, has state of the art equipement, and has a very knowledgeble and freindly staff. I recommend everyone I know to this repair facility. The best part about this place is that the employees are down to earth and are very personable. Tri-Star Motorsports is the best alternative for the dealer hands down!
