The service was nothing more than service--not speedy, not slow; not cheap and not expensive. I had a leather fringed rug cleaned and it was returned to me in perfect condition without any sort of smell of chemical. The employees were helpful but not easy to communicate with. I found the price a bit expensive, but comprable to most carpet cleaners. I chose them over others because of their nearness to my place.
