Malo's Auto Body

Well I had my 06 Mazda RX8 here for repair and it was such a mess when it was towed in, It was stollen from me and missing for almost a month when Kent PD found it and chased it until it hit spike strips and then was rammed by them on both sides leaving my new car in ruins I was so upset, I got the first estimate and it was almost 10 grand! Brad the manager at Malos explained to me that the estimate was missing alot of things needed to repair it corectly I thought ok here we go I was not easy nore happy hearing this wasnt even sure it wasnt just padding it up, long story short they had me come out and show me that the differences were replacing some stuff rather than fill it up with bondo they also said they wanted us to tape out a window and that the paint will most likley peel back if they dont remove it and that spot painting panels on a new car was not a good repair and imposable to warranty and that the clear needs to round the edges of the repaired panel to hold up. Long story short I felt my insurance company was deceiving me, the end results were amazing they did end up with a repair costing over 12 grand and Allstate did pay it in full but my car looks even better than it did! I could not be happier with Brad & Sean and the rest of the crew at Malos and they are worth a call if you need them Thanks for reading Jeff B.
