The people in the back truly care about the dogs, they paid attention to the smallest details about our dogs. (we got 3, 1 in training with them) We don't buy our food from them, but we do get them groomed, which always looks amazing, and inexpensive!!! ask for Gina!
The dog walks are free and the people really love our pooch. I like this place a lot better than some i've been to mostly because none of our dogs have been injured before which is a big deal to us.

Pros: Best personal care

Cons: not many staff

.

We brought our puppy to "the lounge" for some socialization and play. We were very disappointed with the way that the staff treated us. They seemed to be spread to thin and not interested in our dog. We felt a bit uncomfortable leaving our baby there and came back a few hours later. Our dog was shell shocked when we picked her up, tail between her legs. We asked the staff how she did and they said, " She's too shy for this environment." We were a bit surprised because she does very well at her groomers, always happy to go there and play with the other dogs. Maybe downtown dog lounge is too big for a young small breed dog.

Pros: close to our home

Cons: staff is spread to thin, hectic, our dog was scared

.

Owner is a rude and hostile to customers, staff is overworked and underpaid. Go to sites like Yelp and Judys Book to read about other people's experiences. Dogs get no exercise and no human attention. There just isn't enough staff to do this. I'm an ex-customer who loves my dog and used to believe the hype...don't do it!

Cons: not enough staff, rude owner, they focus too much on looks and not enough on care

.

All you need to know is that the owner charges premium prices, but pays minimum wage for the fewest number of employees.

If you want your dog to have a high stress environment, with little personal contact and no outdoor exercise, then this is the place for you. If they took half of the effort and money that they put into marketing, and spent it on the staff and dogs, then I might bring my dog there again.

Note this is a DOG DAY CARE not a bar/club!!

This place is really cute, although a bit loud!! And to us humans, it does smell like dog, but the place is clean and well-cared for.

Bring your dog in here, and generally (unless your dog is really really shy!) you'll see that unlike the typical scared reaction to most boarding places, your dog is relaxed and excited.

They also carry a lot of fun items, treats and foods. The staff really really loves dogs and are always helpful! We feed a raw diet to our giant dogs, and have really appreciated their help in arranging large quantities of their raw products!
