My mum and sister and I have gone here several times now and we love it - friendly staff, cheery and professional, my pedicures are great and last definitely longer than some others I've gotten. They always seem to be able to fit us in, and when we went there before my sister's wedding they made sure to fit us in even when my mum came 30+ min late. So friendly and happy, makes for a relaxing experience. Also their salon includes multiple rooms, so you don't feel like you're on display in a big room or in front of windows. Just relaxing.

The pedicures I've gotten at Hoa are top notch. They last for a long time and don't chip. Really good value, as the prices are reasonable. The salon is very pleasant (with great lighting and comfy massage chairs) without seeming too high-brow spa-ish, and it definitely doesn't smell like chemicals like some nail salons do. The women that work here are nice, friendly, and professional.

I bought my wife a mani/pedi combo to Hoa, a place she loved. That was until she went in for the mani/pedi, and was bumped when a party of 8 showed up 20 minutes early. Seriously?!? Instead of taking care of my wife who had shown up on time for her appointment, they told her they couldn't take care of her today. And they did not apologize, nor even try to reschedule or give her any sort of incentive to come back. Well done. She hasn't been back since.

Hoa salon has fabulous service in a warm relaxing environment. Their newest location on Roosevelt is beautiful. With such a first class design and atmosphere you'd expect the prices to be high, but they're not.

Pros: Private room can be reserved at no cost

Cons: None

We went in for a girls' day after seeing so many rave reviews. The staff is friendly and the space is cute. The chairs are awesome. The pedicure was okay- the massage was perfunctory and seemed like they were just wiping lotion on without any massaging. The last straw was seeing them use the same instruments they had just used on us without cleaning them AT ALL on the next folks. Cannot return.

My friend and I have tried so many spas in Seattle. Hoa is by far the best at affordable prices. We recommend Thuy and Loan. They are amazing! The salon is so clean and relaxing. They only downfall would be a recommendation for better music. We will be clients forever!!!

I needed to get in for a last-minute manicure and pedicure on a Saturday. Hoa Salon is close and convenient, and they gladly got me into their schedule. I got the manicure and pedicure at the same time, and was in an out of the salon in about an hour with gorgeous nails. Top notch service and products. The salon is bright and clean. I usually chip a manicure within 24 hours, but my nails look fabulous four days later. The best part--superb quality for walk-in salon prices. Manicure and spa pedicure only cost $40. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone, especially if you think Frenchy's is the only place in Madison Park. I think it's as good if not better than Frenchy's for nails, and much more reasonable prices. Thanks!
