On Feb. 27 I went to trade in a 08 Camry XLE, buy a new Camry & my last cars had a sunroof but I never used it. He started by showing me an L & LE After test driving, etc. I decided those cars didnt have enough of the extras that my XLE had. So he showed me the SE because it had more things in it then the L and LE. I wanted a white & had to wait until the next day to get it. The next morning I signed all the papers & left with the new white SE (oh & without test driving the car. How stupid of me.) When I drove off, it felt different somehow but I figured new car, etc. But the more I drove it the more the issues got worse.. First of all the engine is very loud. I have to put the volume up on the radio, so I dont have to hear the engine. The ride is so rough & I was getting a vibration from the gas pedal & it was making me feel sick. (I have motion sickness in a car, boat, etc.) I would get out of the car shacking because it makes me feel so ill. On 3/3/14 (car had 57 miles on my car at this point) around 12 PM, I stopped by the dealer to see the guy who sold me the car & I was told he was on a test drive. I called him when I got home and he told me to call service and bring it in so they can drive it & see what is wrong.
On 3/6/14 at 9:45 AM the Service Rep test drove the car but did not feel the vibration or anything wrong with the car. So I left.
On 3/28/14 (car had300 plus miles) at 9:20AM I brought my car in again, spoke to the Service Mgr & he said I should wait until my car has 500 miles on it drive it more, get the tires hot, so on & so on. However, the service repair guy told me that the tire pressure should be 32 & my tires were off the chart, which the gauge goes to 60 or something like that. (A little dangerous driving around with overinflated tires with my grandson in the car, hmmmmmmmm). He & I test drove the car I told him it felt better but not completely & why did I still hear the engine so loudly. He said well the windows arent as thick & insulation is not as thick. OK,whatever. I was there for over 3 hours. Again I left figuring I have to wait until I have more than 500 for them to take another look this car. I HATED GETTING IN THAT CAR, I HATED DRIVING IT.) I drove the car on I75 to Ocala over the weekend of 4-12 & I was just aggravated all the way up and back.
Once again on 4/16/14 (car had 853 miles) the service guy put the car on something that runs the tires like they are being driven & (here goes some info that I probably wont explain correctly) they told me they had to replace the front right tire because it was hard on the inside wall. They rotated & balanced the tire. I was there for over 5 hours.
On 4-18-14 I received a phone call from a woman who said she was from Toyota & wanted to know how I was enjoying my new Camry. I told her I HATE IT. Had to explain all of the above. She said she was sorry I was experiencing this & that she would leave a message with my service representative. I received two messages from women at Stadium Toyota, who ultimately told me to bring in my car & they would give me a car to drive while they find out what is wrong. On 4/23/14 at 10 AM (car had 965 miles) I brought in my car & they gave me another SE & they told me to drive it home & let them know how I felt this car drove. I called it & said that it drove better than my car but it was the same rough vibrating feeling & loud sound as my car. Service Rep said we need to get you into another car. I then received a phone call from Mark Guido who said someone would be calling me to get me in another car. A woman, I think her name was LiLi, called me & again I had to explain everything to her & immediately she said the SE has a sport tuned suspension & this is the way these cars drive. Hmmmmm. She told me to come to Toyota. I worked with a guy named Alexander. We drive an XLE. As soon as I drove it, I said this is my car. No vibration in gas pedal, soft sounding engine!!!! I asked him how much more does an XLE cost than the SE & he said $1600.00. So we go back to the show room & he says he has to go get my car appraised. He said it is always done this way. We talk about color but any color white, gold, whatever I wanted they did not have on the lot. He then showed me the paper work & the bottom line was $4400.00. I said no way. He said yes, we gave you this; we gave you that, once you drive a car off the lot you lose money, & they were giving me $18,000.00 for a car I paid $24,000.00 for, blah, blah. I then walked into the Managers office & said I cannot believe this. I said I brought it back to you with 57 miles etc. & he said Sorry mam but we are doing what we can for you. I said then I guess Ill go to 8 on your side & to the whole world. So here I am with this lousy car I hate!

Saw an add in the St Pete Times for a used car. Called to make sure that the car was still available and that the price was good. Went to dealer to test drive. Drove the car. Asked about the price again and also asked if there were any additional fees. They said "Just tax, tag and title. No other fees". We said give us an hour and we will call you back. Went home to discuss and called back within 30 minutes. Asked if the car was still available at that price. They said yes. We drove back with our check book to purchase car. We agreed once again on the price. I said to write it up. He (Tom Thomas) then goes into his manager and comes out saying that the price we had agreed on, and that is also in the paper is no longer good and that it has now gone up $800 and there is a Dealer fee of $499. We complained that he had agreed to the price but then he said that the paper must have made a mistake. I couldn't believe it. The the manager starts yelling at us saying "Did you bring the paper with you?" We said that we had the first time but had left it at home. I said I am happy to run next door and buy a paper if he will honor the price and he laughed us out of there. Saying no way would he honor the price.

I couldn??t believe when I first heard about the offer. Cars under $10,000 dollars! Stadium Toyota of Tampa was offering used cars at such lower rates. I checked it out immediately. It didn??t take long for me to decide. My car was in full working condition and was maintained well. I had checked the dealership website for buying Parts and found that it has attractive deals for its online customers too. They are offering a fabulous $300 internet saving offer. Wow! It is too good to resist.

These guys are the worst. They were rude to my wife and me. I came in ready to buy a car and they acted like they were doing me a favor so we walked out. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place. There are much better places like Toyota of Tampa Bay etc. Bad Service. Guys constantly rolled their eyes, acted like the stereotypical car sales man. Never again will I step one foot in that place.

I'm usually picky about car dealers but I received a targeted mail promotion for a free gift card for a test drive so I took a stroll into this dealership. Sometimes I will "preview" a dealership to see if I would consider buying there, and this one totally dropped the ball. The sales reps were rude, I waited forever for someone to help me....and they weren't even busy!
