WOW! I had a fantastic time at this Spa. Sabrina Ewing gave me the best eyebrows I have ever had! She was gentle, confident & talented to boot! I've had my eyebrows waxed for over 18 years & she is my new girl forever! I booked a facial with her for my sun damaged skin, and I am also planning on having brazilians done there from now on!

Me and my husband did the delicious duet for our anniversery. It was probably the best thing we have ever did together. We have three children and never have time for us so I can't express to you how much this helped us reconnect. It was truly a special moment, a relaxing moment and so worth every penny. From the time we walked in we were pampered with wine and chocolates. And when we left they even gave us a gift bag with goodies. I recommend this for any couple trying to release stress and reconnect. Or you just need some peace of mine time.

As a man, I do not feel uncomfortable at Viva. I have been getting sugaring hair removal service from Barbara for 11/2 years. The experience has been fantastic! I highly recommend Barbara to anyone wanting quality service.

I've been to Viva on a number of occasions - mostly for massages - and have always been pleased with the level of service and attention I've received. I got a Swedish massage this Saturday and I had a great experience. My massage therapist was really helpful and even took the time to show me some stretches I could do between treatments to help with some tension in my shoulders and neck. I love sitting in their lounge area and relaxing with a cup of tea. The location on South Lamar has a sauna which I want to try next time because I've heard it warms your muscles and helps you relax more for your massage. Overall, this is a beautiful spa and the rates are very for fair for the service you receive. You will not be disappointed!

Okay, ladies. Here?s the scoop. I highly recommend Elisha at Viva. I have very sensitive skin and was never much of a ?facial person? until Elisha worked her magic on me. Now, if I?m thinking about a spa service, that?s what I want?a facial by Elisha. She has a really amazing command of massage and pressure points on the face, combined with her wonderful-smelling lotions and potions and sweet, calm energy?I feel glowy for days after. She takes a beauty treatment and makes it a really beautiful experience. Seriously. Elisha. Go see her.

This is an amazing spa!!I came to austin for a vacation and love this place. I go to the lamar location. It's a cute urban and eclectic retreat. The customer service is awesome and they make you feel at home. The packages are affordable and you get your money's worth.

I love going to VIVA. The staff, atmosphere and service is always above and beyond! There are a lot of spas in town, but I don't feel like they all cater to my needs as well as VIVA does. I think they do a great job -- they deserve much praise for that. I go to Michell for massage and Heather for facials. I've tried other therapists in the past and they were all really good as well... BTW The seasonal packages they offer are the way to go!!! Try it and see for yourself!

I have had massage all over the world and by far the least impressive was Viva Day Spa. They charge way more than they are worth. I received a massage by a very amature therapist that informed me she had only recently finished school. The prices do not reflect the low level of experience and service I received. I think Viva is more interested in being trendy than offering good quality massage. Maybe it was my bad luck that day but I will not go back at $95. It's not worth it!

I have been to Viva Day Spa twice now and just love, love, love the service, treatments, the house (very homey!), and pricing of the packages. Everyone is super nice and the treatments are just wonderful and thoroughly done. I have had a massage, body wrap, facial, and mani/pedi done and felt completely renewed and rejuvenated after my treatments. I have had one of the best massages I've ever had from here. It was also the first time I had extractions done and the aesthetician made me feel very comfortable. Their scheduling is also very flexible. It really is an unpretentious and laidback place, I felt instantly comfortable the moment I stepped inside. The aestheticians and massage therapists are very warm, sensitive to your needs, and professional. Price-wise, I would take advantage of their packages. I have looked around and Viva definitely has the best offerings for the price!

I love going to Viva! I always have an amazing experience from the min I walk in the door. Parking is easy and there is no hassle getting in and out of the location. I see Heather there as my esthetician and I just adore her! She makes me feel comfortable and at ease. It's always a great experience going to Viva!

I am now a fan of Viva! I went to the downtown location over the weekend to redeem a gift certificate for a facial and was really impressed with the whole experience! My husband really got it right with this gift certificate! The place was really beautiful and the employees were really nice and experienced. I learned a lot about my skin and left looking 5 years younger. NO JOKE! It's been several days and people are STILL asking me what I did. I am scheduled to go back in for a spa package with my husband (my Christmas surprise to him)....If it is anything like the facial I will be a regular. Give them a try!

My wife and I took a day off to treat ourselves. We were recommended Viva from our neighbors. So we took a Saturday afternoon to get pampered. We had an absolute great time. I got the special mens package and my wife did a three treatment special. The staff were professional and pleasant to talk with. I would recommend Viva to anyone looking to melt some stress away.

I was just there this week. It's been a long long build up of inner spiritual struggles not to mention my projects at work and home (i don't even want to think about). I booked my massage a few days in advance after hearing from a dear friend that the new location on Lamar was just what she needed. OK, so I love my girlfriend and yes we're like Thelma and Louise but when it comes to spas I've been to several here in Austin, so I'm not that easy to pamper ( i love this word).

I'll be very candid. It's a bit pricey but but I was somewhat impressed. The decor, it's above average. The wooden-stork or some bird chandelier, it's a toss-up between passe and couldn't afford the real crystal. There were wine glasses on the middle-shelf, but didn't serve or offer any beverages beside water or tea though we know it's not good to have a nice refreshing glass of Chardonnay but that's the whole point. The people, they're quite friendly and warm, and the massage isn't all that it's made out to be but inside the sauna was a really cute guy "no hair on his body" and "the light weren't dimmed," quite a turn-on. I looked more than once. But then, ask myself if this wasnt' some marketing tactic? Then I decided, heck, I'd probably go back just to check him out. But now how about getting a hot LATIN guy? I'll admit, this was quite creative...some food for thought...so, Viva, it isn't just another average spa, it does have a sizzle. I give it four stars.

Ending a visit to Austin with my Viva experience (Lamar location) was the best thing I could have done for myself! It was a momentous occasion for me -- the birth of a grandchild coinciding with the milestone of losing 100 pounds of excess weight -- and marking this with Viva was the piece de resistance!
The experience started from the minute I entered the "urban-ish Zen" environment, causing me to begin to shed outside stresses.
Grit, my German-born, Texas-trained message therapist, greeted me warmly and gave me a very calming & therapeutic massage. I felt both relaxed and invigorated when it was done.
Tracy gave me my first-ever facial, and astonishingly removed the appearance of under-eye bags with her expert eye treatment!
And Carol brought me back to earth with her detailed attention to my pedicure needs.
Yes, my experience at Viva is one which I will not soon forget. The expertise of the caring professionals and the personal attention I received make me confident that I made the absolute best choice of spas in the Austin area for my morning of pampering!
Whoever is "at the helm" of Viva Day Spa is certainly doing it right!!! Bravo!

My Summer Glow package was beyond words, wonderful. For some reason I'd been feeling nauseous for a couple days and also very stressed about our upcoming move. My boyfriend dropped me off feeling whoozy and drained. He picked me up and he laughed that I "could barely speak above a whisper". I couldn't stop smiling, felt radiant, calm, delightful, beautiful, relaxed, fantastic. I even gave my masseuese a hug!! I had to. And as soon as I get my dream house I plan to add one of those dry saunas you have; I'd never experienced anything quite like that.
In sum, I've had spa retreats and massages before but this one --with your incredibly well-chosen interior design, comfortable atmosphere, A++ service(s), yummy tea, and general old fashioned tender loving care = best of, hands down.

I am always nervous to get a facial from a new person because I A. Hate when I pay a lot for no results and B. Who knows if the person really knows what they are doing! Katie at Viva Day Spa has assuaged my fears. She is the first person I have wanted to go to CONSISTENTLY, ever. I have had about 4 or 5 appointments with her and every one has begun to heal my skin and unclog my pores-- not to mention take care of it for the future. I look in the mirror and it is like a miracle has occurred. I do not have terrible skin-- no severe acne or anything-- but I do tend to have problem 'spots'. She really knows what she's doing and we have spoken about her experience and education. She is a sweet and intelligent gal. Go get a facial!

My visit to the new location of the Viva Spa on my vacation in Austin
was incredible. It was much more than I had anticipated as I have been
to several spas and there is no comparison. I had the "Mother
Nurture" package. The entire massage was so relaxing with
candlelight, soft soothing music, fragrant aromas, just a beautiful
setting. My therapist was sure to inquire if I was comfortable and
whether the massage was gentle or intense as needed. She was
completely in tune to my needs.

The attention given made me feel that I was the only person there. It
was an unparallel experience, leaving me relaxed and refreshed with a
renewed sparkle to commitment to be more in tune with my body and
mind. I was in such a relaxed state of consciousness that at one point
I thought I saw a red floating gerbera daisy on the ceiling. "What
a day, what a day" as was said in one of Dr. Seus's children's books.

I went to Viva's new location near Town Lake last Thursday and left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. I got a 90 minute swedish massage and my massage therapist, Kim, did a wonderful job. The staff was wonderful - very warm and inviting and they gave me a complete tour of the new facility. It's much larger than the other location - a little more upscale and urban but still very inviting. Kim was great and asked me about what I was looking to accomplish in the session. She asked me a few times throughout the massage how I was doing and how the pressure was to ensure I was enjoying the massage. I left completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I also picked up a beautiful gold necklace by a local designer at the front. It's completely unique and I've already gotten a ton of compliments on it. I will definitely be back in another month for another massage. I want to try the hot stone one next time!

I've been to both of their locations and they are both wonderful. I highly recommend this day spa for relaxing and corrective body work. The atmosphere there is so serene and the people are so genuine and nice. I got a massage from Julianne and she was great! I had massages from other staff members there and they were all exceptionally good. I really appreciate both these spots as an oasis in the midst of my chaotic and hectic days - easy to get in and out , and they will always try their best to fit you in even at the last minute! I'm hooked on this spot!

Last Sunday I went to the new Viva Day Spa on S. Lamar and it blew me away! I've gone to the original location on a number of occasions for fantastic facials (ask for Danielle!), but wanted to check out the new Viva. It didn't disappoint. My 90 minute Swedish massage was absolutely fabulous. The therapist was extremely attentive about my specific needs (a really bad lower back) and I felt amazing walking out of there. The friendly laid-back staff, beautiful new location and amazing service were all tops. I've been singing its praises all week!

I go to Viva regularly on 35th St. and decided to try the new downtown location. It was so nice and posh. The original is cute and down to earth and the new one is posh and urban. I received the Sweet Mamma Package and so did my mom. It was the best one yet. I especially liked the massage and the way my skin felt afterward. The people are just as friendly and warm (where do you find these people?)

They are so kind and helpful. I have had many spa experiences and Viva is one of the best. I went with a friend for her birthday and we were so happy with them. The pedicures we received lasted for many weeks(until my nails grew out and still did not ever chip) and the massages we excellent!

I fell like a new person from my last visit to Viva. We (my hubbie and I) both received a wonderful massages and fab facials this weekend and still have not stopped talking about it. The nicest people work here that can make anyone feel comfortable (even my hubbie). If you want to treat yourself or a loved one to a place that is comfortable and warm look no further. I especially loved the hot towels used during all my treatments-nice touch. Next time we will try a package!

I made a massage appointment on the advice of a friend; I was not disappointed. I was able to get a spot that afternoon. The staff were all professional and nice, not pretentious in the least. The environment was relaxing and everything was clean. My massage was wonderful. The massage therapist was very attentive and considerate. I would definitely make another appointment with her. Throughout my visit I felt completely at ease and I was very satisfied with Viva. I would, and have, recommend them to anyone looking for a massage or any of the other services Viva offers.

I have been a stylist here in Austin for many years.
Spas come and go... salons come and go.
Viva, however is here to stay! I have referred many of my clients to Viva for massage and facials.
They all Love it there!!! I find it hard to believe there are any negative reviews!
Viva is clean, friendly, professional, and they have talented technicians.
Absolutely the BEST!!!

My sister, sister in law and I went to Viva this week (my sister goes often) and we treated ourselves to massages and facials. My skin looked so amazing when I left I can't believe it. I received the Viva Vital Facial which comes with microderm and a bunch of other extras and booked another one before I left. The massage was great too. I think what also stands out is how nice everyone is. I will tell all of my friends!

This is not really a day spa, but a beauty salon trying to be more than it is. It also seems like a bunch of gossipy high school girls are working there and running the place. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior at any spa anywhere!

From the moment I entered and was offered either a cold or hot beverage to when I left with a cup of hot peppermint tea and a delicious chocolate treat, I felt welcomed and attended too!

I moved back to Austin almost a year ago and have been searching for a day spa to meet my needs...The search is finally over. I generally do not take the time to write reviews for services I receive, however due to how impressed I am with the services and the fact that before I left I was given a comment card to rate my experience, I made time.
I have a very stressful career and I find it hard to make time for myself, the quality message I received from Gin, along with the calming atmosphere and warm greetings, I will be scheduling visits more often.

I have lived in Austin all my life and have been to pretty much every spa in town several times. Every time I go to Viva I get superb treatments and really connect with the staff. It is the only spa that is CONSISTENTLY superb. The staff, the quality of the services, receiving the full treatment every time and the small touches really add to the experience. They just upgraded their service menu and have some really unique spa packages. I loved the Indulgence Package - two therapists for two hours, wow!!! I highly recommend trying Viva.

I have been going to Viva now for over a year. This is quite simply the best place to get a massage in Austin. All of the girls working there give a fantastic massage - Megan, Beth, Robin, Barbara, etc. the Hot Stone massage is my fave along with the viva magic scalp treatment - just be prepared to be sooo relaxed as to melt! Highly recommended!

From the bad parking situation, to the road noise to the staff that look like way less than professional. I have been to many day spas all over the country and did not expect to receive such poor treatment at a place in such a nice area! Where did they find this staff? salvation army? What a horrible experience! I was disappointed in everything from the unprofessional customer service to the BAD services I received. These people all had nasty attitudes and seemed to care very little about the customer and the massage was amongst the worst I have ever received, as well as the facial. What a huge waste of my hard earned money.

I was given a gift certificate to Viva Spa and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had massage a few times, usually on vacation and it's been a while since I'd been anywhere local for spa services. Viva is on a busy street, but when I walked in my tension level went down right away. I first noticed that it smelled lovely -- and the front desk staff were quick to help and very friendly, even though it was busy. My therapist took time to find out exactly what I wanted and did great work. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The attention to detail really made the experience, especially the hot towels on my feet! WOW. I'm going back.

I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received at Viva. The quality of their spa services are poor and they only performed a portion of the services I booked. I went to relieve stress and I ended up leaving feeling even more stressed and ripped off! I would gladly drive out of my way to visit another spa in the future.

I am a long time Viva customer and recently received a gift card for another spa downtown and was reminded how great Viva is. For anybody who has not gone to Viva and is looking to be treated by people that really care, Viva is it. There are other bigger spas, but none with a Viva heart. I am so happy these ladies have a new Viva coming soon because you can't have too much of a good thing. They deserve success! I have been to them for all sorts of services and always left feeling really special. I wish more businesses cared for people the way they do.

Danielle is the best for facials in town! She use to work at another spa and left and I had no way of finding her. Luckily I called around and found her at Viva! I bought a gift certificate from Viva for my sister for Christmas. She was really shy about going in and so I went with her. I had no idea how bad I needed it! It's funny that I was trying to help my sister who is going through a really hard time and wound up helping myself too!
We both received a massage and a facial with a peel. We came out of our treatments and neither of us could beleive how great we felt (and looked). We both agree that the service was far superior to that you would receive from big resort type spa. All of the people that helped us from the front desk to the facialists and massage therapists truly seemed to care.
I will definantly be back (and so will my sis)!

My sister bought me a gift certificate for my birthday to Viva for the Delicious Spa Package. I loved every minute of it. I have been to a lot of spas and had many massages but Viva is the best. I also recommend adding the facial to your service. I had Gabby for my facial and Robin for my massage and they were both sweet and talented. Give Viva a try if you haven't already! I will be back!

I have been an avid Viva goer since they opened 2 years ago. I go every 3 weeks for my brazillians and have always loved them. I am getting married and decided to book my bridal shower with them and now I know how GREAT all of their services are. Me and my 5 bridesmaids went to chill out and received a full spectrum of services and EVERYONE said it was the best they have received. Boston, NYC, Denver, Phoenix....she listens and knows what will look best on you, and she pampers you all at the same time. She is a beautiful person to work with. It is such a oasis on 35th Street! When I moved to Austin a couple of months ago, I was tentative about finding a new person to do my Brazilians. But I came across Viva and found Barbara; she is fantastic- definitely see her for all your waxing needs. She made me feel very comfortable during my Brazilian (which can definitely be an uncomfortable expereince) while remaining professional throughout. She was very thorough and gave me some great tips as well. They also offer a discount on certain repeat waxing procedures if done within 3-4 weeks. I definitely recommend Viva.

My husband and I got packages. Whoever the persons assisting us that day, one of them was very unprofessional. I was not impressed at all with the dinky "sauna". Way too small and uncomfortable to sit in there and relax. Our massages were average, though mine left me still sore; she massaged one side more over the other, then didn't advise me to sit up properly after my massage, so I ended up hurting my back even more, my husband was the one advised on how to sit up properly. Then there was an incident with the person massaging my husband. Her hands went too far. She apologized to him at that moment, but what upset me the most is that she had the nerve to send us a 'come back' postcard with our names on it and with a whole bunch of hearts around his name. #$*@% Very unprofessional. Not Recommend. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

My experience of Viva was a breathtaking and relaxing experience. The dedicated staff that greets you with a smile upon entry of the spa made me feel very comfortable and pleased. I currently live in Nashville, Tn and used citysearch to find this location to take a friend with me also to have a massage. It helped me out to know what to expect by the reviews that are currently listed on the website. Sometimes you have to ween through the bad stuff that is listed it is not always true. This is an Excellent Spa! I received a Facial from Barbara she took her time gave me an analysis of my skin, made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable in maintaining good skin conditions. My hairdresser recently moved away and I was referred to Viva by a good friend. I was really nervous because I have long hair and am very particular. I was really impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was great. Alison, my new hairdresser, was the BEST part about it. She did such a great job and was not pretentious at all (you know how some hairdressers are). I love getting massages, and after getting several massages at VIVA, I gotta say : They're the best!!! The thing that sets Viva apart from other day spas is that you can ALWAYS count on getting an exceptional massage there. When it comes down to it, the staff at Viva CONSISTENTLY offers great massages! I highly recommend getting a deep tissue massage, they must specialize in them!!! I am usually a no nonsence strictly massage kind of person. I received a gift card to Viva from my husband. One of my girlfriends convinced me to schedule a "package" together we dove into spa bliss!!! The nervousness left as soon as we walked in. The place was warm, inviting, and pleasing to the eye. The staff was friendly and serving. I warned them of my reluctance to get anything other than a massage and they were informative and comforting. They described the bennifits of everything and assured me I would enjoy it all. They were right!!! I am converted.
My overall experience was great! A magical massage, a fantastic facial, and a warm wrap!!!
I will return, I will recomend this to my friends, and I will receive treatments for the "whole" body!!!
Next time I plan on visiting the salon side. It will undoubtably be fabulous!!!

I highly recommend a visit to Viva Day Spa for a facial. I have lived all over the world from NYC, Boston to Hong Kong and have been a big fan of facials. Monday is the day that most spas are not open and yet it is the day when you really need to get a pick me up for the week ahead. I booked my appointment with Danielle who is the facialist on Mondays at Viva and she pampered me incredibly well. (There's something to be said about having your facial on a day other than Thurs or Friday when the mad rush is pushing for the weekend)

I arrived home to a number of comments about how smooth my face looks and radiant. Danielle truly knows how to make sure you feel relaxed and that you come out looking and feeling better in the end. I give her and Viva high marks for their facials, the product they use and, the overall experience . I hear the massages here are great as well so that may be my next appointment!

It was my friend Erin's birthday and we decided to do a "spa day". Well we had never been to a spa so I suggested Viva based on Austin.citysearch recommendations. We were not disappointed. They were so friendly and professional but not cold. They made you feel at home and comfortable. We did their monthly promo package and it was well worth it. I've been a Viva customer since January 06. My boyfriend gave me a massage gift certificate for Xmas. It was my first professional massage and Shannon made me feel very at ease. I started going for sugaring. Lisa is an awesome aesthetician. Brazilian waxes can be very awkward, but I felt completely relaxed with her. Recently got regular waxing with Barbara (Lisa was off that day) and I can say she is the most meticulous aesthetician ever. Never mind the negative reviews. Viva is a clean, funky, modern spa with wonderful staff. Book an appointment and go see for yourself.

Viva rocks. I went there for my birthday in March for a wonderful package and then just went back for a Viva custom facial with Barbara. This facial was excellent, and i appreciated all of Barbara's questions about my skincare, the relaxing and wonderful scalp and shoulder massage, the soothing environment, and her knowledge. Barbara employs a wholistic & progressive approach to a facial. What's more, she tells you what she is going to do throughout the process which is really respectful and cool.
Viva is a warm and friendly yet very professional spa. I can't wait to go back!

Felice is so talented ... I've always had a hard time finding a stylist that I liked (and really, it's more my hair that's the problem, my hair is thin and awful) but from my first visit with her, I was completely happy. She does great cuts and great color. On one of my last visits, I had a friend here from out of state and we both made appts. with her because we had an event we were going to that night. Felice came in, did both of our hair (which we both loved) and then told us at the end of the day she had food poisoning but came in anyway because she knew we had big plans to go out. So yeah, she is so awesome (I still feel guilty about that! Sorry Felice!) And she's a lot of fun too.

I scheduled massages for the bf & myself. They were able to get us together - I sliding door opened up between the two rooms. Very nice Swedish massages, pretty rooms. Shannon did my massage, and I loved it! The hot towels during the massage are a very nice touch! Space heater was near the large windows to warm up the room when she flipped me over. Overall the place had a very young, Austin feel to it & I felt right at home! Found the info on the website very helpful as well.

Only problem is location - very easy to pick up noise from nearby traffic & lots of sirens happened to be going off the day we went.

Just want to give credit when credit is due...Felice, Lisa, and the staff at Vida are Excellent. What I noticed on my visit:

-You feel the serene atmosphere from the moment the doors open.
-The attention given is genuine/thorough.
-The quality of their service stands alone and would be worth the experience, the Wow factor is the staff in my humble opinion.

I'm an athletic, outdoorsy, sports loving kind of guy so when my girlfriend told me she wanted to pamper me for my Birthday I didn't know what she had in mind. She definitely knew what she was doing when she gave me the Vida-Experience.

So finally I gave in to peer pressure and it's the best thing I ever did. You wouldn't believe the new found confidence and not to mention the great head of hair that I now have because of FELICE. I'm not sure how they did it, the salon is funky and fun, the wating area warm and inviting, the massage areas make you relax as you cross the threshold. and the place is absolutely spotlessly clean (which is high on my must be list). It's the only salon I've been to that makes me feel comfortable and welcome when I walk in. It's purely a pleasure.

If going to Viva for relaxation services wasn't good enough, having my hair done there made it even better!! I left with lots of knowledge about my hair, and how to take care of my color and how to style my new haircut. The Dickson products are awesome, and the color put on my hair left it so shiny and feeling so much healthier. I even got sent home with my own custom made color shampoo to make my color last longer.

Felice is the best Hairdresser I have ever had. I am really picky about who I let touch my hair. I have a really tough hairstyle to keep looking good and she does it perfect! She straightened my mohawk and always dyes it exactly how I want even if I want 3 different colors. Now I get compliments on how I have the best mohawk in town. Thanks Felice!

I've never had a better cut, or color, in my life. Plus I left with some new shampoo recomended by Felice that has worked beautifully. She definitely knows hair, not to mention her kindness and sense of humor, makes coming to Viva the best experience one could have.

For a west Austin Spa this was not what I expected. I have been getting spa treatments for 20 years, and I will have to say that this was one of my worst experiences. I walked into the spa and for a second thought that i had walked into a tatoo parlor. It seemed very unprofessional.

I go here sometimes to have a massage and a facial when I feel I need a little extra pampering. I must say it is always a lovely experience. My facial skin comes out glowing, and I come out so relaxed.

I went to Viva for my bachlorette/bridal party and it was incredible! They were able to get the whole party in (all 23) and make each of feel like we were the only ones there. The staff is great, the place is beautiful, the servces are by far the best( I have been to a lot of spas). They even handled all the catering! I recommend the hibernation package! I know we will all come back and all recommend Viva.

My husband and I came in this past weekend for the Fall Hibernation Package and facials and had the best experience. My husband had never had a message and now understands why I must have one every once in a while. The staff was TERRIFIC; they were attentive, professional and gentle. The site is beautiful; all the rooms are very soothing. We will definitely be back to Viva!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful in selecting a package. The rates are more than reasonable considering the service and overall atmosphere of the building. The masseuse was very professional and did a great job. Received everything as described in the package that was purchased. Would recommend to anyone.

For those out there who think they have received the best massage or that know what true bliss is, until you have had this day spas 4 handed bliss massage you have not experienced the best. 2 therapist work away every bit of tension in your body. Forget thinking or worrying about anything. You cannot do anything but surrender to the bliss. I had Shannon and Jenni for this treatment. They were professional yet fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and intuitive. This is true bliss!!!!!

The site is gorgeous, the spa is gorgeous... I recommend the services of this spa highly; I followed one of the staff here from her previous place of employment because she's fantastic & I have to say that Viva is world's better than the other place... cleaner, more comfortable; the overall attitude is one of pride & joy... and it shows. The services offered are great & the prices very affordable. Rock on Viva! Kick butt & take names!!

I got the Summer Fling Spa Package (feature package) and it was awesome!! The products used smelled so good. I left feeling like a new woman!

One of Austins newest day spas has sprung up and blown all the others away....From the moment we entered this warm, aromatic haven, to the moment we reluctantly said goodbye to our therapists, we were blissfully blown away. The staff made us feel like we just came home after a long journey away. We received the Delicious Duet in the deluxe couples suites. This is treatment is Highly Recommended!!! Surprisingly affordable too...can't wait to check out all the services they offer.
