Viva rocks. I went there for my birthday in March for a wonderful package and then just went back for a Viva custom facial with Barbara. This facial was excellent, and i appreciated all of Barbara's questions about my skincare, the relaxing and wonderful scalp and shoulder massage, the soothing environment, and her knowledge. Barbara employs a wholistic & progressive approach to a facial. What's more, she tells you what she is going to do throughout the process which is really respectful and cool.
Viva is a warm and friendly yet very professional spa. I can't wait to go back!

I surprised my husband with a couples massage a few weeks ago and we both really enjoyed it. The staff was extremely friendly from arrival to depature. The atmosphere was cozy and peaceful and the massage and scrub was so fantastic my husband ended up snoring!! Great place to relax - I recommend it!!!!

Felice is so talented ... I've always had a hard time finding a stylist that I liked (and really, it's more my hair that's the problem, my hair is thin and awful) but from my first visit with her, I was completely happy. She does great cuts and great color. On one of my last visits, I had a friend here from out of state and we both made appts. with her because we had an event we were going to that night. Felice came in, did both of our hair (which we both loved) and then told us at the end of the day she had food poisoning but came in anyway because she knew we had big plans to go out. So yeah, she is so awesome (I still feel guilty about that! Sorry Felice!) And she's a lot of fun too.

My husband gave me the best gift he's ever given me,(next to my children of course). He purchased the Viva Diva for me for my 50th Birthday and I really felt like a queen for a day. The place is lovely, however the staff is the most caring and talented out there. They really made my day special and I felt they truly cared. I felt so good(and looked so good) when I left that I purchased a series of 15 massages and bought my husband a gift certificate for thr Mens Package. Thank you Viva for reminding me what's important!!!

I scheduled massages for the bf & myself. They were able to get us together - I sliding door opened up between the two rooms. Very nice Swedish massages, pretty rooms. Shannon did my massage, and I loved it! The hot towels during the massage are a very nice touch! Space heater was near the large windows to warm up the room when she flipped me over. Overall the place had a very young, Austin feel to it & I felt right at home! Found the info on the website very helpful as well.

Only problem is location - very easy to pick up noise from nearby traffic & lots of sirens happened to be going off the day we went.

Just want to give credit when credit is due...Felice, Lisa, and the staff at Vida are Excellent. What I noticed on my visit:

-You feel the serene atmosphere from the moment the doors open.
-The attention given is genuine/thorough.
-The quality of their service stands alone and would be worth the experience, the Wow factor is the staff in my humble opinion.

I'm an athletic, outdoorsy, sports loving kind of guy so when my girlfriend told me she wanted to pamper me for my Birthday I didn't know what she had in mind. She definitely knew what she was doing when she gave me the Vida-Experience.

Having a bad hair day? Bad hair week? Bad hair Year? Well, have I got news for you. No matter how bad it is, things just got a whole lot better! Go see FELICE!!! She does it all!! Cuts, colors, styles, etc. Before FELICE I was ready to rip my hair out by the roots. No foolin'. I thought there was no hope. All my friends kept telling me, you need to go see FELICE. So finally I gave in to peer pressure and it's the best thing I ever did. You wouldn't believe the new found confidence and not to mention the great head of hair that I now have because of FELICE. Also, you wouldn't believe the amount of ladies that now talk to me.Ladies that never paid attention to me before.WOW! I've never felt so great! Thanx FELICE.You're the best! I choose FELICE.

I'm not sure how they did it, the salon is funky and fun, the wating area warm and inviting, the massage areas make you relax as you cross the threshold. and the place is absolutely spotlessly clean (which is high on my must be list). It's the only salon I've been to that makes me feel comfortable and welcome when I walk in. It's purely a pleasure.

If going to Viva for relaxation services wasn't good enough, having my hair done there made it even better!! I left with lots of knowledge about my hair, and how to take care of my color and how to style my new haircut. The Dickson products are awesome, and the color put on my hair left it so shiny and feeling so much healthier. I even got sent home with my own custom made color shampoo to make my color last longer.

Felice is the best Hairdresser I have ever had. I am really picky about who I let touch my hair. I have a really tough hairstyle to keep looking good and she does it perfect! She straightened my mohawk and always dyes it exactly how I want even if I want 3 different colors. Now I get compliments on how I have the best mohawk in town. Thanks Felice!

I've never had a better cut, or color, in my life. Plus I left with some new shampoo recomended by Felice that has worked beautifully. She definitely knows hair, not to mention her kindness and sense of humor, makes coming to Viva the best experience one could have.

For a west Austin Spa this was not what I expected. I have been getting spa treatments for 20 years, and I will have to say that this was one of my worst experiences. I walked into the spa and for a second thought that i had walked into a tatoo parlor. It seemed very unprofessional.

I went to Viva for my bachlorette/bridal party and it was incredible! They were able to get the whole party in (all 23) and make each of feel like we were the only ones there. The staff is great, the place is beautiful, the servces are by far the best( I have been to a lot of spas). They even handled all the catering! I recommend the hibernation package! I know we will all come back and all recommend Viva.

My husband and I came in this past weekend for the Fall Hibernation Package and facials and had the best experience. My husband had never had a message and now understands why I must have one every once in a while. The staff was TERRIFIC; they were attentive, professional and gentle. The site is beautiful; all the rooms are very soothing. We will definitely be back to Viva!!!

For those out there who think they have received the best massage or that know what true bliss is, until you have had this day spas 4 handed bliss massage you have not experienced the best. 2 therapist work away every bit of tension in your body. Forget thinking or worrying about anything. You cannot do anything but surrender to the bliss. I had Shannon and Jenni for this treatment. They were professional yet fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and intuitive. This is true bliss!!!!!

The site is gorgeous, the spa is gorgeous... I recommend the services of this spa highly; I followed one of the staff here from her previous place of employment because she's fantastic & I have to say that Viva is world's better than the other place... cleaner, more comfortable; the overall attitude is one of pride & joy... and it shows. The services offered are great & the prices very affordable. Rock on Viva! Kick butt & take names!!

I got the Summer Fling Spa Package (feature package) and it was awesome!! The products used smelled so good. I left feeling like a new woman!
The staff was so sweet and the place is beautiful. I will definitely be going back again and again...

One of Austins newest day spas has sprung up and blown all the others away....From the moment we entered this warm, aromatic haven, to the moment we reluctantly said goodbye to our therapists, we were blissfully blown away. The staff made us feel like we just came home after a long journey away. We received the Delicious Duet in the deluxe couples suites. This is treatment is Highly Recommended!!! Surprisingly affordable too...can't wait to check out all the services they offer.
