I joined Dahn Yoga to reduce my stress and bring more peace of mind to my work. Working as a night nurse the changing day and night schedule would leave me sleepless and my brain foggy. I came to realize that I had completely shut down my emotional response. Was loosing my sympathy/empathy with patients and myself. I wanted something to help me "wake up" inside. and feel more connected. Not just an observer. After a couple of months I felt like I was waking from a deep sleep. My mind felt clearer, I handled stressful situations without letting my emotions lead me, I smiled more. Patients and my co-workers noticed right away that I was changing and my work reviews became higher. Now I can feel when I am not focusing or letting the situation/emotions lead me back to being stressed. I can then take action and positively redirect my mind to where I want to focus. I thank everyday that I was able to join Dahn Yoga and help myself change.

It has benefited me alot. I had chronic hives, abdomenal pains, stress, and within 6 months of practicing, my body went back to healthy, happy normal state, and I learned many tools to help me balance my life. I hope you give it a try! Thank you so much!

When I'm traveling, I use Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration while sitting in the airport or on the plane. It helps me to relieve anxiety and stress. I keep my Brain Wave Vibration CD with me while I'm traveling and I do the intestinal breathing exercises while I'm sitting in the airport or on the plane. I can do the Brain Wave Vibration while I'm waiting in the airport because you know, when you move your head back and forth, people think you're just loosening up for the trip, but really I'm relaxing and clearing my mind to be more alert for whatever comes with a positive attitude! I usually have very little jetlag once I arrive at my location, but it used to really bad before I used Dahn Yoga & Brain Wave Vibration. I would always have anxiety but now I'm more relaxed and take my time. I'm never in a rush. I think joining Dahn Yoga and learning Brain Wave Vibration has been the best investment and preventative health care that I could have found.

I am able to quickly get to a state of relaxation by doing Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration. I find that by doing Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration in conjunction with total body vibration I am able to quickly bring the energy down to my lower body from my head. When I bring my attention to the movement of my head going from left to right and let my natural rhythm take over I can feel the thoughts leaving the front of my brain and the energy moving to my brain stem. It is a quick and simple way to quiet the mind!

I am able to quickly get to a state of relaxation by doing Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration. I find that by doing Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration in conjunction with total body vibration I am able to quickly bring the energy down to my lower body from my head. I had been at my doctor??s office and had high blood pressure. I was looking for some type of exercise that would help with that help get the blood flowing and offset carpal tunnel in my arms. I came to give it a try, and after a month and a half, I started noticing changes taking place. My posture improved, and as I felt the blood flowing through my body, my body was loosening and warming up. I began to get healthier, so I began to participate a couple times a week and it??s a good thing. I enjoy Dahn Yoga.

This is a place for people looking to gain something more than just a workout.

A close friend had passed a few years ago, and it did a number on me physically & mentally. I already had anxiety, and this really brought me down. I was depressed & had gained a lot of weight, which was compromising my health. I'd seen the brochures around town, but didn't think much of it. One day driving I passed by it, and thought I'd just drop in to check it out to see if it could help me deal with my stress.

Not only was I able to "deal" with my stress, but what they taught me me was how to heal myself. I saw how much I was lying to myself. Telling the world & myself that I was fine when I wasn't. I learned how to take responsibility for my health, happiness & well my life really. I gained more self-confidence about myself. Before I was always just looking for assurance from the outside world, hoping to be recognized. Everything that I learn from the masters I am able to see how it relates to my everyday life.

My friends and family have seen how much I've changed and grown as a person. I didn't realize how my depression was affecting my kids before, but now I can see since I've changed, my relationship with my kids is now something I will always cherish and be grateful for.

What you will learn here is a priceless, life-long practice that I sincerely wish that everyone could experience.

I have been a breast cancer survivor for 17 years, since I was 34 years old. I have suffered with a severe numbness and pain in my right under arm due to the removal of 29 lymph nodes. Through the years I have been advised by medical doctors there was no way to correct this condition. With Brain Wave Vibration, however, in the first few months I noticed the movement in my arm returning, and then a warm sensation where there was no feeling.
The healing process really worked for me. I have total feeling and full movement in my arm today! I have so much gratitude. Thank you Dahn Yoga.

Dahn has targetted Texas this year in its expansion plans. That is why so many centers such as this one are popping up. Those going into the center will find bright, smiling faces of the members and the teacher.
This does not the full story of Dahn. There is a negative side about Dahn, one that a person considering joining Dahn should read.
