Hello my name is Latasha Jordan and I am not at all satisfied with the quality of customer service at this location... I am From Durham but I decided to come to this location last week in search of bedroom furniture for my new home... I was and still am in need of 1 twin, 2 full, and 1 queen bed frames and mattress. Upon my arrive to your location I had visited about 5 other furniture stores that either didn't have what I wanted or where out of my price range. Once I entered your store I went straight to the furniture section and there I saw the build-a-bed collection. Being exactly what I needed and within my price range I was ready to purchase the entire set with bolts on rails also, for each person in my household. Unfortunately at that time the sells clerk informed me that they did not have all items in stock but he assured me that if I leave my name and number with specific details of what I needed someone would get back to me the next day. The next day came and went and no one had called, so I decided to call this location my self. I spoke with a women in the furniture department who also explained to me that they still did not have what I needed, and she then assured me that by Thursday someone would call me to let me know when if at all they would get anymore of the pieces to this set. Thursday is here and I still haven't received a call, I move on Saturday and I would like to sleep in a bed and not on the floor or a blow up bed. So once again I call this location back and after being on hold for 7 minutes with no answer I hang up and call again. This time I speak with another lady in the furniture department and she tells me with no remorse that the pieces are still no tin and she has no idea when they will be in... I am writing this simply to say that I don't like to waste time or have my time wasted. I am not window shopping I would like to make a purchase and I can't seem to understand why your company does not want to take it in exchange for a product. Is this the way you people like to do business. Well as I said before I am moving on Saturday and I will not sleep on the floor so I guess I have to put a little extra money in to go get the furniture I need from another location. I am really upset about this and I will probably never come back to this location for any reason.
