Prestige Wood & Stone

My friends ordered a new kitchen frm Prestige Wood and Stone nearly a year ago and they are still waiting for their final pieces. Last time my friends called them to discuss their remaining pieces they promised them they would have them in a week - that was 4 months ago and they haven't heard a word from them and are sick of trying to hunt them down. They also had some serious issues with the cabinets - nearly half the doors had big gaps in them and needed to be replaced - they are still awaiting the replacements (which were ordered under the warranty). Very unprofessional from what I understand. One postive was that they do love the granite counter tops from them - I have seen them and they are very beautiful.
