Nova Southeastern University Dental Faculty Practice

We were recommended the Nova Faculty Practice when we were looking for an orthodontist to take over my daughter's treatment after moving to Florida. Nova University offers treatment from both students (supervised by their instructors) and by the instructors themselves. The instructors are part of the faculty practice. I understand the student practice is much less expensive, but we were a little leary of trusting our daughter's teeth to students, so we opted to interview Dr. Singer, who had over 25 years experience in private practice, and is currently in charge of Nova's Dental program. The facility is extraordinarily clean. The staff is professional, friendly and accomadating with appointment times. Insurance is not accepted, but the office provides convenient record-keeping to submit for reimbursement. Dr. Singer is one of the nicest doctors I've ever met. He is firm with his patients, but definately has the most patience of any orthodontist I've ever met. He has explained everything he's adjusted, fixed or worked on. The other orthodontists our family has used have been very nice, but I was in the "back" maybe once or twice during treatment, other than when the braces came off. Dr. Singer invites me back at least every other appointment to show me the progress, what needs improvement and what my daugter is doing right or wrong. He worked out an amazing payment plan. You cannot go wrong with Nova Faculty Practice!
