I went to the Roadhouse on a date. I wasnt looking for anything too expensive with a good bar. We both had the veal a bottle of wine and listened to cool music. The staff was friendly too.

I was at the Road house with some friends. We had such a great time. The staff was friendly and the food was like my grandmothers. I had the meatballs and eggplant. I would highly recommend going there.

My family of 4 went to the Road House last night for Mother's day. My husband ordered veal. During our appetizers, the waitress informed him that they "ran out of veal", so he ordered ribs. We were each served dinner except my husband.

I tasted the lasagna, which was mediocre, but I wanted to wait for my husband to be served. My kids were halfway through their meals when the waitress informed him that so many ordered the ribs, so they will take much longer. He was offered free dessert. He does not eat dessert.

After waiting several more minutes, he asked to speak to the manager, who came out after another 5 minutes. His response was, "What do you want me to do?" My husband said he expected some courtesy or something other than an offer of a dessert that he had no intention of ordering. During this, the ribs came out, and the manager said, "There's your food. The ribs are good. Just sit down and eat."

By that time he couldn't eat, my sons were finished, and my lasagna was cold. We asked for containers and put our food in them at our tables, so as not to chance anyone in the kitchen spitting in our food.

The food was the same as any pizzeria, but double the price. We paid our bill of $138, and left with no apologies or any deductions from our bill.

I wanted to check out his place because I am planning a birthday party for my father with around 60 people. Needless to say, I won't be holding it at the Road House.

I like this restaurant a lot. It is not that expensive and the food is always good. It is a fun evening out with good friends. I know they just opened a banquet hall but I have not eaten in there. It is very covenient , right off the Clove Road exit of the S.I. Expressway. People come from all over and have a good time.
