delivered as promised  4 Star Rating - Very good

I typically negotiate my car purchases remotely via phone, email, fax. I did this here and they followed thru on their quotes. It did take a little longer than I hoped to get in and out, but they did so in a fairly quick manner.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Clara, Noris, Scott  5 Star Rating - World class

I can honestly say that this is the first time that I did not feel like I was being "sold" something by a car salesman! I had a WONDERFUL experience. The staff was very knowledgable, friendly, and respectful. I was able to walk in with the intent to view a car and after a few minutes I was driving away in a NEW car. The staff listened to my needs and was able to get me in a vehicle with all the requirements I had. I wasn't told to come back with a huge down payment! I was given a wonderful vehicle with low miles bumper to bumper extended warranty and payments that I WANTED!!! I recommend Gwinnett Place Nissan on Pleasant Hill in Duluth,GA any day! Ask for Clara(sales manager) Noris (sales rep) and Scott(finance advisor). If you work with Scott, tell him "Shake and Bake" :-)

Pretty good service  4 Star Rating - Very good

This NISSAN has been mainteining my car (Altima) for several years now. I never had any problems with them and people are usually very friendly and nice. It's always better to make an appointment but sometimes it seems there are no difference in waiting compared to people who just walk-in for scheduled service.

Be careful who you trust ~  3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

Overall I am going to say 3, about Gwinnett Place Nissan, though that is being EXTREMELY generous. When I first dealt with GPN it was the worst experience of my life. I got a new car (finally driving off the lot at 12 am) and it broke down three times ~ I had to end up going through a lot of 'mess' just to get a car that was actually 'in new' condition + the people got meaner and meaner along the way, it was almost as if they were mad at me for their car breaking down (humpf). I've had my car serviced several times there though, and that side is all right. The staff if more friendly and helpful, plus the prices are pretty reasonable (for a dealers workshop). I wouldn't recommend buying your car from GPC (find another Nissan dealer), but I highly recommend having all your maaintinence done there!
