This place has everything anyone could need. Whether you are just beginning or are a seasoned gardener. The staff here are experts. They are well trained in horticulture and can answer all questions. Can be a little pricey sometimes.

Great place to shop. NHG has a great selection of plants and there is always someone close by that is very knowledgeable with good advice. Was there just this evening and will be planting in the morning!

Northhaven Gardens is a great resource for plants, classes, landscaping, and more in the North Dallas area. They have a great assortment of plants that do well in the area. They offer basic and advanced gardening classes. I know at least 1 Texas Master Gardener is on staff. You can purchase your bulbs in advance and they'll store them in the cooler until they are ready to be planted. They have a wide variety of herbs and trees.

I love to go there just to look at all plants that are available. If I have questions as to the type of ground specific plants need I can ask anyone to get a good answer. They also have all the chemicals to help make your ground just right for that plant to thrive. And if you want they will come out to help you design the landscape to fit your needs.

PROS: great variety
CONS: a little expensive
