I had to have my engagement ring completely re-made; my original ring, the gold had porosity and one of the prongs for a side diamond has broken off. I shopped around quite a bit and was told consistently that to be the most secure and best quality, the ring should be re-made by a custom jeweler.From the first interaction I had with Joseph Jewelry (Danny), I was more than impressed. We ultimately hired them to re-make my ring. They gave us a fair price that was in the range of quotes we'd been given.The ring turned out FABULOUS! I could not be more pleased! He did a beautiful job, and I could not be happier! I will go to Joseph's for all my jewelry needs in the future.

This store definitely has some good designs and some interesting designs. Worth a visit once to consider before you finalize at any other place. I found the prices a bit different than usual, though

We found this place because they offer a discount to Microsoft employees. They custom made a platinum wedding band to fit my unusually shaped engagement ring. Their work was beautiful and the rings look like they were a matched set. In addition, they engraved our wedding date into the band. The owners were easy to work with.

We felt quite comfortable leaving my engagement ring with them so they could make the mold for the band, and they were especially sensitive about not keeping it any longer than they needed to.

Their shop also has a beautiful and unusual selection of jewelry, most of it quite high-end.

Parking is easy to find, either on the street in front, or behind the building. It's in a nice location in Old Bellevue, with other shops around.

The only small complaint is that when the work took longer than they originally thought, they did not call me promptly to let me know. Fortunately we didn't need the ring in any hurry, so it didn't matter much.

We'd go back if we had any other custom jewelry needs.
