Weinrich's Bakery

Petit fours are the best around. Danish are good as are brownies. Butter cake is on the dry side and cookies are ok. Haven't tried the cakes lately but they have always been good.

I got my wedding cake there 26 years ago. The baked goods are as good today as they were then. Yes, you will need to wait in line, but it's worth the wait.

This is a great old-fashioned bakery. They make wonderful cakes and pastries. Cookies are OK. Be prepared to wait in line quite a while, though....they get pretty busy!

Weinrich's is a Willow Grove institution along the lines of Termini Bakery in South Philly. They are old school all the way right down to the string tied boxes with each order. They serve the best Butter Cake you will ever find, and the new coffee bar is really nice. Possibly the only German style coffee shop in Philly area.

Their coffee house makes the absolute best blended coffee drinks. Seriously, these are better than any Saxby's, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Etc. The staff sure takes their time to ensure the best possible beverage every time.

Weinrich's is the best bakery in the area...hands down! The icing is not overly sweet, their designs are beautiful and they are always my choice when having an event!

This is the place to go for an extra special cake for an extra special occasion. We used Weinrich's for our son's Bar Mitzvah and everyone raved about the magnificent cake with the swirls of chocolate. Every year we go back and order a similar cake to take to him. You will not be disappointed.

I was introduced to this bakery several years ago. It is not close to my house but whenever I have guests coming to visit or I am going to visit anyone then I always order a tray of miniture treats. I have delivered Weinrichs baked goods to family and friends around the country. My friend will not let me visit her in California without Weinrichs goodies.

Their food is fresh and delicious and is priced very cheap for what you are getting. The atmosphere and staff makes you feel as if you are a friend returning.

I got my wedding cake a few months ago from Weinrchs- it was absolutely delicious and unbelievably beautiful!! I tasted many cakes before I came her, and this was SO good. They also customized the cake to my liking- I got so many compliments at the wedding!!

I was first introduced to Weinrich's by a friend who had their pastries~Canolli's, cookies, and cakes~ at a party. Their bakery items are top notch. Every party that she has she gets her baked goods from there and it's always a hit by everyone at the party. Items are fresh and taste fabulous(ofcourse they're calorie free, lol)

If you are looking for a unique cake for a child's birthday this would be the place to come. They have displays of them when you walk in and the look fantastic. I have had just a plain birthday cake that was absolutely delicious. You can get chocolate chips added to the cake for an extra fee but it is well worth it. I would get there early before they run out of donuts...they are fab!
