This company will only accept 99% of its applicants through a temp service. The 1% are females that basically sit in an office and look cute, and college graduates who study industrial warehousing for 4 years and/or have family or friends currently employed there that can get them hired on without going through a temp service. As a former worker there I must say that it is decent pay if you're looking for double digit hourly income which ranges from $12.25 - $13.25 depending on the shift you work, and the overtime is always going to be a mandatory if you want it or not. That's the pro to this job. This location has many cons though. The management is terrible, one day your on 1st shift a couple of weeks later you're on 3rd without notice, you just come in to work they tell you this is your new shift but they don't tell you that your pay will be decreased by $1+. The so called "supervisors" are inexperienced and only got the job because they snitched, kissed ass, and developed a one dimensional mindset over the course of 5-20 years working there. They have no management experience whatsoever and need to be trained on how to increase production rather than just staring at a computer all day and their cell phones. This location is 1 of 7 Interstate buildings and it ranks the HIGHEST for most ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, and EMPLOYEE CHURN. I've seen forklifts get flipped over, people lose limbs, get fired for taking a piss before break, get fired for "NOT HAVING THE RIGHT ATTITUDE?" I mean the management sucks. You ride around in a forklift or pallet jack for about 8-12 hours a night in a -7 degree freezer picking up boxes of frozen foods, pizza, tv dinners, steaks, pizza rolls, all that stuff and load them onto pallets, wrap them, mark how many of each you have than drop in off, than do it again. The job is great short term if your just looking for some fast cash with overtime but it will take some mental conditioning to be able to handle hearing your name being called on a intercom every 5 minutes to come to the office where they ask you the same question over and over.. For example: "2 days ago it shows you didn't scan anything for 5 minutes, what were you doing during those 5 minutes?" or " why didn't you scan something 4 minutes before or after break?" Basically stupid questions like that. Also their HR manager Levi is a nimrod, and their 3 shift "Stupidvisor" Glenn is a Irish red headed moron who has no idea what management is, or what having the right attitude is about. Glenn also has a co "stupidvisor" named Ken, a black guy who is a UNCLE TOM, so I rate this job satisfactory simply because it's a double digit hourly job they will pay you weekly with overtime included. The other employees are cool too. Also beware that you may catch athletes foot working here as well, you have to wear at least 3 pair of wool socks just to keep your feet warm, and they will provide you with thermal boots if you can't buy your own, alot of times the boots they provide have been used and worn by several other workers and have not even been washed, you'll also spend alot of time cleaning up after others, and you'll also feel the coldest you've ever felt working in that freezer. Have Fun. and I hope my review helped you make a great choice!

.

This is a warehouse (a freezer distrubition center) they ship frozen foods to schools restaurants etc. They do throw alot of food out that could go to homeless shelters, food banks, etc. They could take it off of their taxes as a charitiable donation. The food is still good it is just that the might be turn a little orsomething like that. They need to look into doing that. I have beenby there and saw alot of things in thedumpsters just going to waste. They do not pay their employees(especially the good employees) good enough. They do have a big turn aroung on employees
