We sell and support high speed copiers and have been using CSR for our customer computer problems for years. Their after-care phone support is at the highest level. We recommend them to all are customers for network printing and computer support.
They only do on-site service, so the reviews below seem a little strange. They closed that ratail locaton more then 5 years ago.

wow, they fixed a 40$ part and charged me $150! what a rip, dont go to them, you'll regret you did if you ever found out what's wrong and how much it wouldve cost you to take it elseware. The part was a port in the computer, i'm not sure the exact part but they charged me well over the normal price i would expect to pay.
