Word of advice....Don't use this agency if you value your time and don't want to waste it - which they will. Very disorganized and time-consuming process.
I made an appointment with this agency and spoke with a recruiter, who was supposed to send me an email with testing information, so that I could complete the tests (like SIX OR MORE!) before the interview. She sent it, but like 20 minutes before my interview (like hello, I am on the Metro going there). But when I got there, the recruiter said that she never received my resume. I asked if I could pull it up on my email, and did and asked her if that was her correct email. It was, she just deleted it.
So, I had to sit there and go through the testing - all six or more, maybe like EIGHT tests, including, yes IQ, basic math, spelling. I have a Master's, so this was degrading - but I didn't balk - until they told me WHEN I WAS STANDING THERE IN MY SUIT THAT I HAD WORN IN 90 degree weather that I would have to COME BACK AGAIN for the interview. Instead of apologizing for not sending the info in enough time for me to complete it, so that I wouldn't have to suit up again for a stupid temp agency, she said "well, if I would have known that you would be doing the testing here..." This was inconvenient and also very inconsiderate, as I was not the disorganized one. Any person would have been annoyed and I could not help but showing my displeasure, which human beings are allowed to have as temp agencies are not monarchs nor do they rule the world. Last I checked it was a democracy.
So, I phoned the following day to set up an interview and left a message. I received an email back stating that I was active in the system and would be considered for positions. When I checked with another branch, this was not the case. She lied. I phoned the Branch Manager to tell her of my treatment. She apologized, but then sided with her disorganized recruiter and told me that I was not a good fit for Randstand. Yeah, I guess anyone who values their time and doesn't like being treated like a slave would not be a good fit for Randstadt.
Take my advice, don't use them it was bad, very bad.
