I have been buying parts here for years. I am very thankful there are still mom and pop computer stores left locally.
Last time I went there Noel was my salesman. He was very friendly and helped me with my computer issue. Best Buy were way too expensive. He introduced me to Fred the owner of the store. They are very friendly.

My husband and I have brought our laptop in for repair and and Showtime has done a great job. They do great work and the turn around was great. I would definetly recommend them to anyone for computer repairs or to purchase a new computer or parts. Great job Showtime!! We will be back!!

I have been doing business with Showtime for over 10 years. I have purchased 4 laptops in that time. The staff has grown but the people who are the core of the business are still there. This is NOT your average computer store. You have to be able to tell the staff what you want your PC to do so they can reccommend the best product to suit your needs. They always have the latest technology and can guide you through the maze of the electronics world. I have moved a couple of times and now live about 50 miles from the store. I still go there for service when needed because they take care and do what you ask of them. My data has always been saved and they did a great job removing an ugly virus from my wifes machine. They have always been fair and made it clear what my options were. If you don't know what you are doing, ask and let them guide you. If you do understand computers, you will be right at home because they really understand this stuff. This is not your big box store.

This is your tinkerer's or hardcore builder's dream store and it's right in Hudson!. I have been browsing there for years and I often buy something. I knew all the employees names at one point and chat with the owner on occasion. Everyone there knows their S H I T about PC hardware and peripherals and the service team has some great talent and good people.
Customer service is definately an area they can improve in but unless you are in the business it very hard to understand how frustrating and intense computer needy people can be..especially when they have no clue what they are talking about or even want.
I have taken the time to show I care about this awesome small business and it's staff and i get treatet as well as anyone could want. I read someplace they say that they "Give what they get" and I think that is true.
Mr and Mrs. Ramos (and son) put a lot of time in this place and their employees do to. They do sometimes need to be reminded , in their tryign times, to remember the customer is their business and they can sometimes be right :)
Keep finding ways to improve and stay in business because I love you guys and your store!!!!

their service is horrible. the motherboard i wanted they only had a floor model so i got it anyways, they said it comes with a 30 day warranty so i got home and setup the mother board and it was dead. so i went back to the store so i can get a refund , they told me they need to test it first okay so i got a dead board and it's gonna be my fault . if you want to pay good money for dead parts go here.

I have been dealing with Showtime for several years. I have called them when I have had a question and always have been give excellent support on any item I have purchased from them. Their pricing is great. Most of their employees have been with them for years not something you see in many companies today. I will continue to do business with for years to come. Keep up the good work Showtime.

I can not believe how bad i have been treated by this company. They built me a $1,500 computer that keeps failing! i am a small business owner and NEED a reliable computer. I don't trust this one and have about 12 external hard drives to back up my data.Today I called because my DVD writer/reader is not working properly. this is the second time it has failed within 11 months so i asked if my warranty on JUST that $20 part can be extended. The answer: OF COURSE NOT. I said wow, i spent alot of money on this computer. he said, i do not know what you are doing to keep making it break. it is a sony dvd (funny because it does not say SONY anywhere on it). how do you even know it is the dvd that is not working?? I reminded him this was the second time within a year this part has broken. Then I said wow, you are being kind of rude to me. the response, i only give what i get! he said it about three times. The best part, I was speaking with the "OWNER", Fred!!!!don't waste your time.

I can't possibly thank the two of you enough for your help this week. I do bookkeeping for several clients, along with a newsletter and website. When my computer went down late Tuesday I totally stressed. I had financial reports to prepare, documents to send, not to mention emails to keep up on. I really thought I was going to lose all of my information and miss all deadlines. On Wednesday Fred did his best to locate the needed part for my computer, to no avail. On Thursday he built me a totally new computer, better than the one that had failed on me. It would have cost me just as much to fix my old "relic" as it did to have a new system designed and built by Showtime Computers. George went above and beyond to get all of my records transferred and make sure I had everything I needed to just bring it home, plug it in and keep on working - never missed a deadline. It was great to only have to go a few blocks from home to find such great service! I can't imagine why anyone would go to a "big box store" when we have such a great place right here in town.

Thanks again guys - you are forever my "computer gurus".

The worst encounter I have ever had with a business occurred at this store. They did not fix my computer, told me to find my own part, were extremely condescending, and then verbally abused me on the phone. They completely failed to meet my expectations, I will never recommend them to anyone. You are much better off finding another computer repair/retail store. I have never been so humiliated and disappointed in a business in my life. This is not the first time I have heard of a complaint about customer service being so awful at Showtime Computers. I should have listened to my friends.
