I have never had an agent explain every thing to the T. She is great
I would second that comment. Every time I call she is very prompt
to call me back and help me out. A quality that many insurance
companies lack.

I have purchased insurance with Nationwide(which has great rates)beat all the other companies, I got quotes from. My agents name isShakira Figueroa very professional and overall nice. She was veryhelpful, Wow she took her time in explaining my coverages, I truly now know what I'm buying. I would highly recommend this agency,and if you do call ask for Shakira.
