Great place to exercise. I would recommend anyone to use their up to date facilities.
They also offer aerobics, dance, and other forms of impact exercise.
They have a nice pool.

SCCC is a great place for a good workout, basketball game, tennis/racket ball game and swimming. I had my daughter's last birthday here in November and it was great. The pool is inside and heated and we didn't have to worry about the kids getting sick. We rented the deck and also had the choice to rent rooms down the hall as well. The prices are reasonable and the facility is great.

Great place to workout at. This place allows you to do a multiple of things from aerobics to basketball to swimming to weightlifting. Great facility!!

This place is fun to go to when you are a kid and has a nice excercise facility. The facility has all the machines and free weights to work out. They have plenty of rooms for rent for birthday parties that I have often visited when I was a kid. Some rooms house baseball card conventions which are they only one's left in town.
