Reviews for Ebers Casual Furniture

Ratings_icons Ebers Casual Furniture is horrible

If you are looking for furniture, look elsewhere. I bought some fairly-expensive outdoor furniture. The metal prongs attaching the base to the tabletop were warped. When fully assembled, the tabletop was so uneven that anything placed on the table would slide off. The delivery person left one prong unattached so that we wouldn't notice. This made the table very wobbly. It was a battle to get them to accept the return. They actually accused us of breaking it. To say that they were rude and obnoxious is a gross understatement.

We had, and continue to have, a terrible experience with them. Sales/customer service are downright nasty. Wish we would have discovered this prior to purchasing an expensive set of of outdoor furniture. After providing galvanically incompatible hardware, they have yet to resolve the issue and repair/replace our white furniture that now has ugly rust stains. I hope to resolve this issue with the owner this week as I've been hung up on by the original salesperson. I'll post an update of my results.

Eber's Casual Furniture fulfilled one of my dreams for my perfect home. I have always wanted a big porch with wicker furniture, but the furniture I found was either too expensive, or so poorly made with cheap materials that I wouldn't trust it to last a season. I have been driving passed Eber's on Rt. 22 for years, and never thought of going in, but did one day on a whim. I was delighted with what I found! The pricing was more than reasonable (it helped that it was Sept.), and the furniture was of the highest quality. They also taught me how to properly care for wicker, so that it would last a lifetime. The pieces I bought are comfortable (just ask my Golden Retriever) and stylish. It was so much fun to shop there, and I have many more ideas for inside my home too!
