We had Bright Window Specialists install over $20,000 of windows in our West Village apartment in 2000/2001. Within a year half of the window glass had to be replaced because condensation had gotten inbetween the double glazing. Even though the windows were under "warranty" we still had to pay these guys over $500 for labor costs!!!
Since Fall 2006 I have been calling Bright Windows to look at a couple of my windows that are supposed to be sound-proof but are now letting in a lot of Houston Street noise. So far (Jan 2007) Bright Windows have not returned my calls.Now, I have discovered that yet another window has condensation had inbetween the double glazing.
I chose Bright Windows because their estimate was among the most expensive of the 3 or 4 window people I contacted---I figured they must be good!!!
Based on their poor service, poor quality windows I would NOT RECOMMEND these guys to anyone who is willing to pay top dollar.
