Embers is good for date night.

I enjoy Embers as a special occasion spot to take my in-laws to dinner when they are in town, or as a place for my husband and I to share a drink on a date night. The bar is comfortable, and the sushi is pretty good. I had an excellent braised beef dish there that I still recall fondly.

Love the atmosphere at Embers. Nice place to celebrate a special event or just dine with friends. We go to the bar for half price sushi on Wednesdays. It is fine dining, so expect the prices to be that.

The atmosphere of Embers is inviting and comfortable but lighting it really bad. Overall, the food is average and incredibly over priced. Many better restaurants to dine at in Cinci.

Cool atmosphere, but not worth the price
by danculbertson
Nice atmosphere and a good bar, but that's about the end of it The pan seared ahi tuna had a good flavor but they managed to overcook it, and then bring it out cold. The wine list has a good variety, but is incredibly overpriced. You can buy most any bottle on the list for under $20 and pay the $15 corkage fee, and still save yourself $20 from what you would pay to buy the wine from the restaurant.
Pros: Atmosphere, bar
Cons: I don't need valet parking in a lot that size, price
