Oh yes, the two new car purchases went very smoothly. After all they wanted my money. The ten or eleven times I've been in for standard maintenance has been absolutely lousy. Starting with the phone call. If they finally answer you will get put through to the service department. If they answer they will look you up and schedule your appt. otherwise you'll have to leave a message. My brakes were grinding. I was told they looked fine. The next oil change appt they told me my brakes were shot and that I had let them go too long. This was after 90% highway driving with very little braking. $1,000 later I chalked it up to a specific lousy employee. The last appt was for standard maintenance. As the guy was writing up the order he was saying things that didn't make sense regarding why I was there. The dashboard tells him what is needed. I clarified things and he circled the key things. It's usually about an hour. After an hour and a half I noticed my vehicle out front. I asked if someone was looking for me. They found it on a desk and some of the work had not been done. About an hour later it was done. When I tried to find the guy who wrote it up originally the other guy covered for him saying he's not here. Today they will blame it on the construction going on. That has nothing to do with the fact that last year when I had them detail my vehicle, they didn't connect the cables on the battery tightly. They just plopped them on. It was fine until it was minus ten degrees a couple months later. Car wouldn't start. Ten frozen finger minutes later I found the problem. Very disappointing place to take a vehicle.

I worked with Scott Steinberg and Jim Raaf and can honestly say I have been THOROUGHLY PLEASED! These guys are very personable and know the business. I never felt pressured and had all of my questions answered. I felt confident when I decided to move forward with purchasing a new CR-V. I absolutely love my car and have heard from both Scott and Jim since making my purchase to follow up on how I'm settling in and if I have any questions. That's what I consider great customer service and is why I am happy to recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a horrible experience with my sales man here at Buerkle. I was interested in purchasing my first new car and the sales man was rude, and made me feel unwelcomed. He wasn't willing to make a deal and offered me close to nothing on my trade in. I would never go back.

Most staff are nice. 1 inperticular is a Jerk lets say his name rhymes with MOM. He is soooooo mean & rude he shouldn't be allowed near the public or allowed to use the phone. Everytime I have delt with him I feel belittled.

I purchased a used CRV from Buerkle about 7 years ago and had a very good experience but since then I have had 3 bad experiences in a row. The first time I took the CRV in for service the technicians were very rude. The secon time I went back to Buerkle to buy a new car and was ignored by the salespeople. I don't know why I went back but the third time I was ignored by all but 1 salesman. When he stopped ignoring me I was given a quote on my trade in that was $2000 below market value. My advice is to avoid this dealership at all costs. I bought a Jetta from Westside VW, where the prices are on the car for everyone to see, and was never made to feel like an unwanted guest.

Did not enjoy the car buying experience. Felt degraded and would never buy a car from them again!! Unfortunately they had the car I wanted so I felt no other option.
On the good side, the Honda service center was very nice. The techs were professional and even washed the car each time it came in for service, which is cool!
