Our salesman had patience while we had to decide on model year because of color (interior and exterior). They honored their ad even though the car we leased was had more options than the advertised car. Transaction was smooth and no surprise at the end as had been our experience elsewhere.

Dear DCH Service,

I am writing to let you know about my experience. I took my car to be diagnosed because I felt the transmission was slipping, it was losing power, and the ride did not feel safe. I explained all of this to you and within 30 minutes you came back and shared that it was the electrical grounds. You shared that all of this was caused by the grounds and I would have to get it cleaned. I asked my service rep if they took the car for a test drive and he said no we just put it on the diagnostic machine.

I was a bit taken a back. Yes I know I am a woman and god forbid we know a little more than where the gas tank is on the car.

I asked my service rep to please take the car for a test drive (I cant believe I had to actually ask for that), because in my opinion what was going on in my car was not just a grounds problem. Another 30 minutes passed and they found that all of the problems where based on the grounds and I was given a 500 dollar total to get it fixed. I asked so this would fix the ride, the noises, the shifting, and the lack of power, I was told yes.

I decided not to do the work that day because something just told me otherwise. I paid my 130 diagnostic fee (which believe me you guys dont deserve). I took my car to another Nissan Dealer. This is what was wrong with my car, Transmission Failure as I suspected it was slipping, My timing belt was broken (which couldve caused me to have an accident if it snapped), and my lower control arms where broken (which was the instability that I told you guys about). How is it that another Nissan dealer was able to find all of these issues yet you guys failed to do proper mechanic diagnostics. The mechanic shared that if this car was taken on a test drive based on the noise coming from the engine, and the noises coming from the lower control arms when breaking (being broken), a good mechanic wouldve found these issues. There was nothing wrong with my GROUNDS. Go figure. I shouldve figured there was a lack of competence when on my paper from you it stated needs clean an titening

I am going to work with my bank to get my diagnostic fee back because you do not deserve it. Maybe next time listen to your customer instead of:
1. Thinking that the diagnostic computer can tell you everything
2. not doing proper mechanic work and investigate the issue, or did they not teach you guys that at mechanic school?

I called in before going to this car dealer to let them know I wanted to turn in my lease early. The real purpose was to try and see if they would take my lease and I wouldn't have to make any more payments. I had recently lost my job and was looking to save money by getting rid off this car. Considering that they would get a car way under mileage, about 18,000 miles under, I thought they might consider that and just buy the car out. Well, that was not the experience I had when I got there. I asked for the person who I talked to on the phone, Ms. Lee, and she immediately asked me to follow her. No greetings, no manners, no professionalism. She didn't even make any eye contact. She asked me if I had the two set of keys, my registration, and the miles on the car. She was entering the information in her computer. As I sat there without saying a word, waiting for her to look up my information, she asked me to sign on an electronic pad. She did not explain to me what it was for, nor what she was doing. I thought I needed to sign something to allow her to look up my information on database. The pad looked like one of those you use at the grocery store, there was no information as to what you are signing. Big mistake! Once, I did, she printed out two sheets of paper with all the information and my signature, as I had signed on the little pad, and said, "ok, you are done". I was shocked, it took about a minute. So I asked her what do you mean I am done? That's it? So then, my husband who was standing next to me asked her if Nissan was going to take over my lease. She said, what are you talking about? We grounded your vehicle, it's ours now but you are still responsible for the payments. Needless to say we were shocked, and furious. There was major miscommunication. As a professional, she should have asked if I understood the procedure, or go over the whole process. As an individual, she should have at least ask, do you understand what you are about to sign? or you are going to sing this document that says, you are giving us your vehicle but you are still responsible for the 4.000 plus dollars. I could not believe these people just did this to me. We asked to see a manager after she informed us that this cannot be undone! The manager came out, and asked us to wait and see what he could do but he said that he had never undone a grounded car before. Are you kidding me? Is this really happening? We waited and waited. He said he was trying to get in touch with somebody but because today was Saturday, he couldn't do anything. Now, we are waiting until Monday to see if this can be undone. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I walked in there and they literally stripped me off my property without me even knowing it. This has CONSUMER FRAUD written all over it. Do not go there for business, it is scary! Please stay away.

This car dealership needs professionals working for them. Their follow-up to things promised before buyer are never met. They do not return phone calls...They will not update you about your concerns...They will not let you speak to the manager, always out...empty promises from salesmen...each with point the finger at each other when promises are not filled. If your looking for a good deal on a car, you may find it here, if your looking for good service and genuine fulfillment of promises of the deal...STAY AWAY!

We purchased a 2006 Pathfinder from this dealership. The sales experience was a little pushy, but you can get a decent deal from this dealership if you try.

Years ago, I put a deposit on a car at this dealership. They told me it may take a few weeks to get the color I wanted. Well after three months of waiting and making phone calls that were never returned, I cancelled the deal. When I asked for my deposit back, they gave me a bigh problem. Finally after many promises that it was mailed, I had to drive there and pick up my deposit in person.
