Computer Geeks

I called Computer Geeks and Computer Assistant and both had good offerings but found that Computer Assistant had more people with skills in VOIP located in Dallas. The tech called me back and came out that evening and got me going in less than an hour. He even made a special cable for no charge. Way to go!

I called Computer Geeks based on Insiderpages' reviews. I made an appointment on my day off and the person was a no-show. After an hour and half after the agreed upon time frame, I called the company to see why no one even called to say they were running late. Apparently, they messed up on the appointment. I wasted my afternoon on my day off and my computer is still not fixed. I called another company based on a recommendation by a co-worker. This company was called Computerassistant.com. I spoke with a call operator and was informed that a tech would call me back and could probably set up something that evening. After four days of not hearing from anyone, I sent a message to the same call oeprator just wondering why no one has called because they gave me the impression they would respond quickly. Received no response about my concern. I sent another message exactly one week after my initial call and still no response. Don't use this company. They take your credit card number when you call and don't even provide any service.

Had some recent computer issues so I called Computer Geeks for a repair. Excellent service, very pleased with the repair. Not only did they fix my computer, they also gave me a lot of helpful pointers and tips. Would recommend to anyone who needs computer service or virus/spyware removal.

Computer Geeks always shows up on time and solves my computer problems with polite efficiency. Their people are very smart, and really knew what they are doing. They don't speak in 'geek talk', and don't talk over my head or treat me like an idiot. There is no problem they cannot fix and the price is always fair.
