i love the salon they have the best deals all the time and even if they didn't it would be worth it anyways. People that come shop in that area tend be really rude to all the employees.

Ok so the SUPERVISOR is very rude! The employees are WORSE! Won't let you use coupons and then to give insult to injury they make you feel dumb for not reading the fine print! Instead of just saying do you want more time to shop they just look down on you like your stupid for not checking out the coupons fine print! If you tell them I just won't shop here they just say thats fine and could care less. All this went on in front of the manager and she did not even care! I was basically told I am dumb for not taking the time to read a coupon, then when I said fine cancel my $100 order they said thats fine like they did not even care. All this could've been handled better if they were just polite and asked me to find something else I liked that the coupon could've worked for instead of putting me down. Not the first time this has happened. You know how they say you can return an item if it does not work for you? LIES! I ordered online an ulta product. By accident they sent me the wrong flavor. I was in the store area so I went to just exchange it I never even opened it and they gave me a hard time! I just purchased it online had my recipt and the top was taped closed from the online store never opened just wanted a different flavor and they looked down on me like I was trying to get something for free. Seriously learn how to be polite to customers!

I would rather go to Sephora where they are kind and are hassle free returns if the product does not work and you even used it WOW! Sephora also does not make you jump through hoops to use a coupon. They also give you free gifts EVERY time you shop there not just every few months. Go online and you get even more delux size free samples and free shipping over $50. By far better than Ulta. Sephora was first and then Ulta copied them. Can't beat the original not with their type of uncaring employees at Ulta. Also if you tell Ulta you live really far away which is why I order online most than in the store and you really need this prodcut now so you don't have to make such a long drive back they don't care! The magazine I had once with me started the next day. I did not realize it did and I was not the only one in the store that was making this mistake. They need to put the starting dates a little bigger and not in the fine print. They are quick to put $5 off $10 purchase in big letters but all the details really small is so dumb. I asked if I could please pick it up today they had the product in the back, but would not budge and when I told them how far I lived they could've cared less! If I had it shipped I would've paid for shipping and drove over an hour for nothing to their store! They had it in back, but for a customer that spends over $250 every few months there they did not care! Again they got stuck up and put me down and that was from the employee and supervisor again! OH THANKS! Go in there once with no makeup, your hair not done up and not dressy clothes like sweats and a top after you work out and they will treat you different than when you are all dolled up. Thats really crappy! You should treat everyone the same! I have seen it happen to others while in the store. Again stuck up looking down on people. Really sad. ULTA SUCKS! You lost a big spending customer. I had enough of your crap this is like the 4th time you have been rude. I am done!

My daughters love shopping here. Their selection is enormous with every beauty product you can imagine needing. The prices are good and quantities plenty.

You will love this store. It has everything you need for cosmetics, hair, nails, etc. A really nice and affordable salon. They also do make overs and make up for special events. You probably pay a bit more than you would for some things at a chain like Target, but it's all in one place with a very broad selection.
