We purchased a Hurricane Spa from F.I.M. on August 23, 2010. Shortly after (December 2010) the spa became inoperable due to a flaw in the motor. The spa over heated and all of the jets broke, the insulation bubbled, the acrylic is cracking and it also started to leak in 3 areas. We called F.I.M. & Sunbelt for service. The service man called us and set 8 appointments but never showed for even 1. He gave us many excuses as to why he didn??t show for appointments: 1. Parts were not sent to him, 2. wrong parts were shipped, 3. He was on vacation, 4. he was too busy and this is his second job.
After several calls and complaints to both F.I.M. & Sunbelt the service man finally showed in August 2011. The repair man informed us that the spa was so damaged that we needed to replace the spa. We called F.I.M. and they informed us that Sunbelt needs to replace the spa and they were not responsible. We then called Sunbelt we were advised that F.I.M. was responsible for replacing it. Sunbelt states that the service man works for F.I.M. and F.I.M. stated that the service man works for Sunbelt. Sunbelt gave us an option of shipping the spa back to them at our cost and pay for shipping for the spa to return to us. After calling a few shipping companies to determine the cost to do so, turns out that it would cost almost as much as purchasing another spa brand new. This is very unreasonable to ask a customer to do this. We asked that parts be sent to us so we may try to repair the spa ourselves and was told parts would be shipped ASAP. That was 4 weeks ago and still no parts. Big surprise there!!!

Really fast service. If assistance is needed there is always someone available. Consistent pricing all around. It is never very busy. If you don't get city water it is a great place to get water.

I have only been here a few times but every time I go in they look at me like I'm stupid and try to sell me the most expensive version of something (pool thermometer). I have gone in for pool/hot tub chemicals and they are always out of stock. Their shelves are always bare and the people at the register are snippy.
