I feel like you really overpay for mediocre Chinese food at Leeann Chin. The cream cheese puffs have usually been sitting there a while so are tough rather than crunchy. It always seems like they are low on different entree choices, so what they have isn't all that appetizing. That said, if they happen to have fresh lo mein or fresh or fresh bourbon chicken, it's pretty tasty.

You don't get as much bang per puck as you may want. The food is usually not all that fresh, it tastes like it's been there a while. And it's SO FREAKING EXPENSIVE!!! It's a tray and pay type of place, and you pick what you want from behind that 'Subway' like glass. If they lowered the price, it may actually be worth it, but I find it much better value just going to a nearby authentic sit down chinese place and getting much better food for the same price.

Sometimes if I'm in a hurry I'll grab a bite at Leeann Chin's. Most of the time it's fresh, but if you get there late you'll end up eating food served under a warming light. Not only that, a single entree (with rice) will cost you over seven dollars. For the brave souls out there that are not afraid to spend a buck or two, Leeann might be the place for you. As for me, I'll bring my own lunch next time.
PROS: good food (sometimes)
CONS: price, warmed up food

We recently used Leeann Chin to cater a work function. We found the food to be exactly what we had ordered. The food was served hot and there was plenty of food for everyone. We were very satisfied with the service we received as well as the quantity and quality of the food. We will certainly use their services again if we need catering.
