Good for this area, but with some definite drawbacks

They offer a wide range of services which is nice. The facial I received was wonderful. However, there were a few things I must complain about...First, it seemed like they were a bit unorganized and not ready for my appointment. They also forgot about my facial being scheduled for that day when I had booked it 2 months in advance! They ended up squeezing it in, but I ended up being there 3.5 hours when my package was only supposed to take 2.5!! They made me wait a while in between services in the relaxation room. In this room they had nice furniture, refreshments, and also two young kids!! I was shocked when I walked in there in my bathrob with nothing on underneath, only to have a 12 year old boy staring at me the entire time. Talk about uncomfortable! There website says no children under 16 are allowed in there, yet they had let some mother bring her two kids with her to the spa! Needless to say, I was floored. Even though the services were nice, these other factors made it somewhat of a bad experience. They should focus on their atmosphere just as much as there services, and stick to their policies. I must say the spas in Vegas are sooooo much more professional!

This is a full service salon & they want you to be pampered! Its pricey but if you have the moeny & want to splurge on yourself then call & find out what you've only be able to dream about. They are more then willing to work with your schedule.
PROS: Extremely relaxing
CONS: Pricey
