Wedding Chapel Bridals

They helped me out with my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses and veil. I have had great service with them and everything has come in on time and absolutely perfect. They helped me match up dresses from other wedding shops and they are much cheaper also. If you pay in full you save 10%, which was also very nice. I loved this shop and wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended!!

They do have a great selection for bridesmaids dresses here (and I thought bridal gowns, too), but the place is always jam-packed. I ordered a bridesmaid dress here and was measured, ordered a dress in the size they recommended and the dress came back way too small. They did absolutely nothing about it, not even an apology and even had the nerve to say "Well, it fits on the size 8 model!" My measurements didn't change so someone did something wrong. This also happened to two other bridesmaids I know of who used different "consultants" there, each time with no concern for the fit. Of course they're happy to do the alterations and charge you for it.

I contacted the Wedding Chapel to inquire about a specific Bridesmaid dress to have the last one of the girls try it on before making a decision. When she arrived they initially refused to let her try the dress on unless she gauranteed that they would be ordered from there. She explained that a decision had not yet been made by the bride and they finally relented after making her fill out several forms. Once she was in the dress and asking questions about sizing, colors, etc. the consultant became very pushy and insisted she call the bride immediately and order the dresses. They refused to measure her or give her any sizing assistance whatsoever, and even went so far as to try to prevent her from taking the dress off without ordering it. Needless to say they will NOT be recieving an order for 5 dresses. Brides, if you want to go somewhere that treats you like a human being and makes your shopping experience for the most important purchase of your life thus far, I say go to Dena Marie Bridal in Roseville. THEY have excellent customer service with NO pressure!!

I recently purchased my wedding gown at the Wedding Chapel and I have been extremely unsatisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism offered by this shop. They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Among other problems I've had with The Wedding Chapel during the process, the staff was very rude to me when I went to pick up my gown. After fighting with the staff about the day and time I could pick up my dress (which, mind you, I paid for up front), they charged me $5 for the bag for my dress came in and accused me of stealing their pen on the way out! I am writing this review in the hopes that another bride will learn from my bad experience and avoid this store completely. Let's be honest brides, there are very few dresses at the Wedding Chapel that can't be found in another location. Save yourself the headache, shop at another store. You'll be glad you did.

They have an amazing selection of bridesmaid gowns the most Ive ever seen at any store. Their bridal gown selection is quite lacking, especially if you want something other than a strapless. They have plenty of people on staff to help you out and have 5-6 dressing rooms to accommodate busier times. The woman that helped us was pretty outgoing maybe too outgoing. She was talking and rushing to get the lace up back on my dress and ended up whipping me with the strap and then when we were commenting on how a dress showed off my sisters stomach fat she asked her if she was pregnant!
