Are you kidding me? You don't even deserve a star.
I like the service design of your ATM machine. That is all. Thank God for good designers. But the employee to customer interaction is where it should be. I never write reviews, but I am so enraged with this bank that it is time to spill. I've had an account with them since it was Wachovia and I started college. My mother somehow caught them stealing money from her account at that time. Just a few hours ago I called in to ask 2 simple questions about the business loan process. I am a college student and simply wanted some answers for my strategic management homework assignment. The first time I called in no one could answer my question, because the bankers were too ""busy"" and everyone else had no general knowledge. I was told to call back 20-30 mins later and I did. This time they were still too busy and took my phone number and told me they would call me back. 5 hours later...THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

These were my SIMPLE questions that I struggled to get an answer for (and never got an answer for):

1) How do you use projected financial statements as part of a business loan application?

2) What advice do you give to potential business borrowers in preparing these statements?

I've called everyone other local bank in Union, including PNC, CHASE, and TD. EXCELLENT SERVICE on their part. I do not hold an account with these banks and I'm a lowly college student, but they treated me with RESPECT and gave me answers quickly without hesitation. My calls went straight to an intelligent banker who tried his or her best to help me in any way possible. Every employee in these banks was knowledgeable.

Wells Fargo in Union, NJ is disorganized and the employees as a whole lack general knowledge. My requests needed to be transferred to other people. I never got an answer. I no longer trust this bank.
