Deborah Kane is a "listing agent". She will tell you want you to hear to get the listing, do minimum (I'm being generous) marketing, and hope another agent "sells" the home. I would not recommend her. She is simply resting on her laurels.

Bernie Kuhn was our buyer's agent when we bought our house a few years ago and we were very pleased with the process. This was our first house so we were a bit nervous but Bernie guided us through the process. She's very experienced and helped us with everything from the mortgage to crafting the offer. She's very friendly and professional. I recently recommended her to my sister and would recommend her to anybody else looking to buy a house in Squirrel Hill, Greenfield, Regent Square, Edgewood, or close by areas. Lots of selection, but the agent was flighty. Sometimes she'd drag her kids along to the appointments. Very distracting. They fouled up my closing, put the wrong name on my deed & then refused to reschedule the closing to fix it. The house inspection was shoddy, they totally missed that my furnace was gutted & had set a house fire as well as some terrible plumbing issues. I'd proceed with caution.
