Grove Salon

I have had a hard time finding someone in Omaha who I like. Genna is great! I would have to say that she is one of the best stylists I have ever been to.

The prices here are fair and the staff is very friendly. They have Aveda products, which I typically am not a fan of, but they don't push the products on you.

Genna is not only one of my favorite hair stylists but she is also one of the nicest people I know. I feel welcome every time I come to the Grove Salon. All of the stations are maintained and clean. I don't understand why a review would be so poorly written about one piece of hair. HELLO? SALON, HAIR! Maybe it wasn't blonde but grey and it made her realize she had grey? Keep up the great job Genna:O) I know that you deserve to be appreciated for the work and care you put into each and every client you have. Genna you are a first class hair stylist and I am proud to be your client :O) Thanks Genna!!!

Genna has been doing my hair for two years now. she pulled out the most disgusting comb out of her cubby it was covered in blonde hair... my hair is black. the owner then tried to gossip to me about a close friend of mine. i was very upset with the things they said about her. while i was processing, i heard the other stylist talking about her customers appearence in a not so friendly or profesional way.

i walked in and the receptionists were extremely rude. they did not even acknowledge that i had just walked in the door. i sat down and sat there for 45 min and my stylist didnt even know i was there. ive had my hair done several times by this stylist and she use to do a great job but it seems now that she dosent give a hoot about what shes doing with my hair. and shes the owner i would expect better quality. and if i wanted to make an apt with her assistant, i would have asked for her. WOULD NEVER SEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY THERE.

Salons are plentiful in Omaha. I think I have been to most, if not all of them. I am guy, so in most cases hair is secondary to me. I get my hair cut when I have time not when I usually need it. At The Grove every stylist and employee makes an effort to say hello to me, and I appreciate that. They make me sooo comfortable that I now look forward to my trims. When I am there, I see Genna, and Genna sees me. She know what I want and suggest tips and tricks to help make my cut versitile for work or if I get a wild hair and shake up the town. I think the relaxed, clean atmosphere puts me at ease and makes it easier for my stylist to work on my hair. They even got me on the right track with hair care. I think the cost is very reasonable at $22.00. I have NEVER felt I was over charged or under appreciated.

This salon is the best one in Omaha! The moment you walk in, you are greeted by beautiful smiles and taken care of by the most friendly and talented stylists in Omaha. Its decor is very relaxing with a contemporary flare which I loved. My hair was a disaster so I didn't even know what I wanted.My stylist gave me great ideas and was very honest as to what would work for my face shape. I was so comfortable and relaxed and knew I would be taken care of. I didn't like my look and just started a new job and needed something professional when I was at work, but fun when I wasn't. I sat down and let her do her magic and boy was I impressed! I got an amazing color that I never thought I could wear and a cut that was so versatile. She even showed me how to style it and that help alot. Not only did the Grove salon make me look great but I felt like a million bucks when i left. I booked my next appointment before I left and cant wait to go back, my daughter is getting married and this is where we are going!........oh and ask for the Chai tea, its amazing!

Every appointment at The Grove has proved to be a very positive experience, top quality work at fair competitive prices. My colorist does an excellent job obtaining the right color for me, advising me what and what will not work. The stylists all are very knowlegeable and experienced. I took my 3 1/2-year old grandson there and he received the cutest haircut. Many male customers which says to me this is a family salon. In my opinion, this is the best salon in Omaha that I've been to. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend The Grove Salon.

Check out this newly opened salon! Luxurious! From the moment you call and make an appointment and are asked, "How may I assist you?" you know that this salon will take care of you! The salon is decorated beautifully with the warm colors of red, browns, and yellows. The hairstylists are so nice and not uptight and full of themselves like many other stylists. There is lots of room so you aren't crammed in and feel like everyone is eavesdropping on your conversations! Prices are reasonable.
