I have always gotten good service in the past but today was unacceptable. I waited for a few minutes since they were obviously busy, but then one of the nail techs had to leave to go get breakfast for himself, and the place hadn't even been open for an hour! I am sorry the nail tech did not eat breakfast before coming to work but to put off a customer because he wasn't responsible enough to take care of his needs before work is unprofessional and will surely drive people away. I guess the concept of "the customer comes first" does not apply to Noble Nails. One may not think that losing one person matters but it really DOES, because word of mouth is by far the most powerful marketing tool, especially with all the social networking available today.

I told Jimmy I was going elsewhere and couldn't wait around anymore, as it had already been 20 minutes and I had other things to do. He did say "sorry, but he should have offered me a discounted service for my next visit and offered to make it right instead of just say "sorry," especially since it seemed as though I was being ignored on purpose! That is what good business managers do, they offer an incentive to make things right again, but he failed to do that. Maybe he will take my advice and apply it in the future to customers next time one of his workers needs to eat breakfast and inconvenience people who walk into his place of business expecting good service. I understand people need to eat and give their bodies nutrition but there is a thing called responsibility and taking care of those needs BEFORE going to work. He is going to lose all kinds of customers if that is the way he conducts business.

If that's not enough, there was another female employee who was not with a customer and kept retreating to the back for some reason. What was she doing all that time and what reason did she have for not wanting to fill my nails???? What is her excuse? That's another reason I'm upset. I understand people need to eat but there was another person in the back who obviously didn't want to do my nails. This place has really gone downhill in my eyes, especially with the lack of professionalism displayed today and over the phone with me. I guess it doesn't matter though, because I'm only one little person in the world. Wrong!!!! Once again, word of mouth is the most effective marketing tool and with all the social networking available today treating one person badly like they did me today can have a negative multiplying effect. Think about it. How you conduct yourself with one person can really impact your reputation as a business.

Henery the owner and I have cultivated a long friendship...His work on my nails is the best and since I am very picky... not being the easiest cilent...He works with what I want...he provides cutting edge nail products and art...many times through out the week people compliment on my nails...I highly recommend you have any service they provide! Having fun is also part of the experience in making yourself feel more beautiful! Thanks Henery!

I love their pedicures they last forever! It seems ;) But they have a great place! Keep up the great work. Not sure why one of the reviews gave a good review and then only gave one star. Love this place

Jimmy has been doing my nails for over a year now & I keep thinking that now that I've found someone who does my nails perfectly, when is he going to leave? :)

The salon is very clean & their employees are polite & always smiling.

Jimmy makes you feel welcomed & right @ home, as soon as you walk in their door!

I have been going to Noble nails for 2 years now, great family atmosphere and Jimmy will always greet you with a smile and a hello..he is always accommodating and will do the work you would expect. I tried other salons, and have always gone back to Noble Nails...ask for Jason, he is also very good. Great movies and music to listen to while being pampered!

One of my good friends and I meet often here for a pedicure. They do an excellent job - it lasts for weeks! I also really enjoy the comfy chairs and leg massage that is part of the experience. I even went to an expensive day spa recently and found I prefer Noble Nails!!!
