Cindy Nails on washington Street in Haverhill is a great place to go for a manicure, pedicure, and waxing. The owner, Cindy, always remembers your face and usually something about you so that she will ask how that went. Every client has their own mani/pedi set stored in individual boxes, so that there is no chance that you would get someone elses items used on you.
It is very clean and has a great neighborhood atmosphere!
