my family and i have been going to the "Cortez Room" since the Gold Coast opened for what we consider the best Prime Rib in Las Vegas. It is always fresh and tender and flavorful with a real good price. Yuuummm!
PROS: best kept Prime Rib secret!
CONS: sometimes service can be slow...
