Shoprite

I have been shopping at shopright's all m life and this one is the WORST. First off in times of economic issues this store refuses to take Internet coupons and questions others that are not shopright coupons from their flyer. Second the Store Manager is about the rudest person I Ever met, I bought some jiffy-pop popcorn there and when i got home and made one it tasted stale so I looked at the expire date and it was over 2 months ago. I called the store and spoke to the "head Manager" and was I told I was out of luck and that is why the product was 2 for 3 dollars. So they knew about the out of date product and tried to sell it instead of taking a small loss of money. Third is the new security guards they have added they watch you like your only intention is to steal from the store and follow around people who they must think are thieves. I never been followed myself but see this happening every time i have to go in there. Last is the fact they advertise that they are open till midnight. 3 days ago I had to get some toothpaste and milk and went there at about 11:35 PM when i got the the door i was told that they were closed and when i asked what happened to midnight closing i was told that there is a 24 hour store on RT9 and if i didn't like it i could wait till 6 AM when they re-pen. It took all my energy not to say anything to this punk kid cause he appeared to be looking for a fight whit his words and actions.

It is a decent store like the rest. They often run out of sales quickly due to budget constraints. I could also sense some tension with many of the workers there. However, their lack of spirit was understandable considering all the low-life customers that shop there and make them miserable.

This Shop Rite is has to be the worst supermarket I ever been to. The lack in customer service skills, they management team have no idea how to manage , the courtesy desk customer service are rude , The store manger Mr Masuto is a racist pig which really needs a reality check, All this been said this store needs to hire new managers and train them in how customer service and management and people skills,

This shoprite is the worst around, plz stay of way, their hot foods department is a mess, they tend to use out of date product from the store for example from grocery demartment, some meats and mostly produce.

I was having a big party at my house. The shoprite in Carteret said they can make all the food I needed and deliver it for free. The food cost half the price it did anywhere else. Come party day the manager in the apply department made my food, which was great. The food and cake was delivered on time. Everything was wonderful and on time. The party was a hit.
